I highly recommend this company! Quality work, great people and timely as well. Our only delay was due to rain and Randy made sure that work was completed in sections and that my roof was fully protected at all times. His estimate beat 2 others and I couldn't be more satisfied with his company. My neighbors on both sides are going to use him as well.

Rhoads was very responsive, gave a realistic estimate, and then performed the job quickly and professionally. Other contractors contacted for the same job were either not responsive or provided an estimate without personally looking at the roof.

I used another company because they called me on the day of the job, asking for the job and agreed to honor the price quoted by Rhoades. The outdoor portion of the repair has been done (installed a home wind turbine that had fallen off), but no one has called me about the ceiling that is peeling indoors from the water that a creeped on the ceiling.

They came out, did their thing, and that was that. It didn't turn out real well so I went up and fixed it myself. I didn't want to call them back on it because if they were going to walk a way from a poor job, than he wasn't worth it. I've been a contractor for years, and he was terrible.

We had leaks in our den and in our sunroom. We called on Friday, Mr. Rhoads came by on Monday to do the estimate. He pointed out another leak area on the roof that we didn't know about, and he also recommended that we replace our flat roof over the sunroom (which he said was like a swimming pool with standing water) with a slightly slanted metal roof which would prevent the rainwater from pooling on the roof. His estimate to repair the main roof leaks was half the cost of another estimate (and the other roofer didn't spot the problem in another section of the roof). And the cost of the new metal roof over the sunroom was quite reasonable. His team was prompt, curteous, and professional. When they discovered wood rot under the roofline of the sunroom, they gave us another reasonable cost estimate to replace the rotted wood. I would highly recommend Rhoads Roofing!

The final determination was that the roof was not the problem. However, they were not able to determine the issue because there had been no recent rain and so the wall was dry. They did not charge me for the inspection and told me to call them if the problem occurred again. this is the second time I have called RA Rhodes for roof problems. The first time they fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I will continue to call them for all of my roofing concerns.

He was really professional and very competitively priced. We were looking to do flat roofing and they proposed to repair the flat roof. We later decided to go with a gabled roof because if we repaired a flat roof we would have to do work on it again in five years.

Mr Rhoads came to the house and gave me an estimate on the spot. We agreed to have the work done, and he said he would finish the job within two weeks. Ten days later he called me and made an appointment to come the next day. The work crew came at the agreed upon time, completed the work within three hours, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous. I highly recommend this company. They are efficient, polite, and know what they are doing. My new gutters and down spouts look beautiful and they do not leak.

Very responsive. 24 hrs between estimate and time work was completed. Professional and seem to do good work; would use them again.

The entire project went great, the owner, Randy, was available throughout the process to answer any questions and routinely asked us if we were satisfied. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned the site thoroughly, I recommend R A Rhoads to anyone I know looking for a good honest roofer!

Good responsiveness, grouped my visit with others in the neighborhood. This company (father and son, in business since 1992) puts in new metal roofs weekdays and works cheerfully each weekend doing the repairs that most companies do not want to touch.

Had a persistent leak for a while, the recent strong rains made it much worse. I called 3 different companies for estimates- Mr Rhoads was the only one to return my call the same day and arrived to give the estimate the next day. His price was comparable to the others, so we chose him to perform the repair. He arrived as promised and repaired the roof for slightly less than his original estimate. We were impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to help. When we decide to replace the shingles with an all metal roof, I will call Mr. Rhoads again to have the work done.
