Joseph was very accommodating and personable, even though I doubled the amount of cleaning for him to do between the time we scheduled, and the following day when he came to do the job. He cleaned the very stained carpet in 2 rooms, an area rug, a runner, a sofa, a sectional, a mattress, 2 upholstered chairs with ottomans, in about 3 hours. Everything looks great.
