The little extras they leave are wonderful. The special towel creations are amazing and remind us and tenants of resort style professionalism. We receive emails when the unit is clean and "no damaged or broken items" are usually reported. In the instance something is broken or needs repaired, the owner goes out of her way to help us get it repaired or replaced. Communication is wonderful. We are out of state condo owners and hiring Pristine Maids was the best decision we've made. Our worries are less than before we hired them. We currently have two condos contracted with Pristine Maids and plan to contract more with them in the future, if and when we purchase additional units.
Description of Work: Condo Clean turnover. Cleaned entire condo unit, towel and sheets count - took out for washing and brought turnover clean towels and sheets for the next tenant. Made bed, swept and mopped entire unit and patio (all tile). If small area rug needed cleaning, they would send out to clean.

It was superb. I have used maid services in 3 different countries and have never seen the level of professionalism and detail that I have seen from Pristine Maids and their staff. From the first call until this very day, (they just left), I haven't had one complaint. I like their price, the fact that I can change the package if need be and as the holidays get closer, I'm going to want extras done around the house. I can call them and ask them to add it and ta-da, it's done. I don't write reviews often but when it's deserved, I will. This company works hard to please it's clients and that's not something you see around here often. Thank you to Cassie and Jennifer for everything.
Description of Work: I needed an Initial Cleaning and then recurring weekly cleaning after that.

Description of Work: We used the service for several months and they never were on time. The contract was for 2 people for 3 hours. On the last service they sent one person that only stayed for 3 hours. When my wife called to ask why the representative made it sound like it was my wife's fault for the the less than contracted for price. Another item that I do not agree with is they bill your credit card before they preform the service. We cancelled our contract.

This company quit services with us because our renters left the condo too messy. Instead of charging me more to clean it or giving me a warning like a real professional company, they quit on the spot. We have a high end condo and can not imagine people were leaving that big of messes behind. If they were though, a warning would have been nice. We could have put up a sign to leave the condo in better condition or we will have to charge the renter. Thats one of many implement we could have put in place. But there was no dialog. Just quit. As a condo owner that puts you in a very big bind. If you look at their responses to bad feedback on this site you can see they take no responsibility for anything. Not much is different over the phone either. Problems * Complaints about the floors not being clean * Under the beds were never cleaned * Complaints about the balcony being dirty * Poor attitudes * Always have lame excuses * Only want easy money * Horrible communication * Many more reasons....

Not sure I understand where the bad reviews are coming from. I'm very happy with their service. My initial cleaning was great. The girls were great and did a terrific job. I was very nervous letting someone I didn't know in my house but not with them. I now get bi-weekly cleanings and still happy with the work. I would prefer to have the same girl come and clean every week and have had a change already but hey, they're not slaves. People come and go. I hope it doesn't keep happening but we'll see. At first I thought the price was a bit high but when I saw all they were doing, I felt better about it. I have parrots in the house and they are always careful to not do or use anything that may be bad around them. Plus they can create mountains of dust. But you would never know it after the girls are done. I'm keeping them.

Aside from the improper cleaning, the company wanted access to our checking account or a credit card so they could be paid before the work was done. She said it was a company policy; however, I have a policy to 1) never give a credit or debit card number to anyone (I've been burned before, and 2) not to prepay for services to be rendered. I certainly didn't get my money's worth. The people who run this company are crooked, even tho the ladies who cleaned were nice, but slow.
Description of Work: Swept ceramic tile in master bath; didnt vaccuum carpet in master bedroom at all, dusting around baseboards was spotty, at best, I furnished all cleaning supplies and they weren't even used, I don't understand why it took so long (5 hours) since I only asked to clean the master bedroom and bath, laundry room (but not laundry), kitchen counters and floor, and living room. The lady cleaned the living room and kitchen did a much better job than the other lady, who "cleaned" the MBR and bath. The bedroom carpet still had the pieces of putz on the floor.

This information is absolutely incorrect. First, The customer Kelly Wanda received services from Pristine Maids on 12/13/13 not on 2/1/14. When I spoke with Kelly, she wanted to set up recurring service however said that her husband is not in agreement with signing the recurring payment cc form as he had a bad experience a LONG time ago with an insurance company that had set up a payment through bank draft and it caused a lot of issues with their checking account. I tried to reassure her that it would not just come out of her account that on the week of service that our accounting department does the payment by hand and we also call the week prior to service to remind her of this. She still said her husband would not allow this but she would really like to have recurring service as she was happy with her cleaning , could she pay with a check when the cleaners arrived, I once again explained that we only take payment in for form of credit or debit cards due to past clients non-sufficient funds and the form would have to be completed, she told me that was a shame and disconnected the call. There were no issue with the cleaning and I am appalled by this inaccurate complaint.

Wow- pressure washed the covered front porch and covered back patio and deep-cleaned all of the carpet in the house (8 areas). Not only is business with this company professional and prompt, but the jobs were completed thoroughly and with excellence. The porch and patio had grounded dirt, black mold and mildew and are now sparkling. And my carpets look brand new! We thought we were going to need to replace them because the carpet is 10 years old and has a lot of stains from young children and dogs... but nearly all of the stains out and the carpets look, feel, and smell wonderful. This is exactly the deep-cleaning I have needed help with. My family is grateful to Monique and Pristine Maids for the outstanding work.

The only reason that I am not giving this company an F overall, is that when we first had complaints they responded promptly to us and our guests by getting our renters new bath linens and sheets. Otherwise, their pricing is higher than we have paid with much better services. And the fact that their staff left dirty bath linens and bed linens for guest use is a public health hazard, not to mention that we were paying for service that we were not getting. When Pristine Maids took over service of our unit, there were linens in the unit, and we shipped them a backup set after they told us they didn't have enough (which was after the first complaint by a renter in March). We believe if they didn't have enough linens in the unit, that as long distance owners, they would need to inform us that they did not have enough linens to properly service the unit (since there have been plenty of linens in the unit since we took ownership in 2008). We also believe that since Pristine Maids was charging us a linen cleaning fee, in addition to the unit cleaning fees, that the funds being charged for cleaning the linens were not being used for that purpose, since on at least two occasions that we know of, dirty linens were in the unit upon guest arrival. When my husband complained to the company owner Monique, after we arrived to find dirty linens on our master bed and in our master bath, he mentioned that he felt we had been robbed, as we paid for cleaning of our unit, and its linens. We were charged $118. 45 for this cleaning. The unit cleaning fee is $99. So the difference was supposed to be for linen cleaning. Rather than addressing the problem, even after I texted her a photo of the visibly dirty dish towel in the kitchen and my husband dropped off that towel and the stinky mildew scented dish cloth, Monique simply denied that any of her staff leave dirty linens in a unit, and told us we should spend our vacation in FL finding a new cleaning service, which we already have.
Description of Work: Pristine Maids was hired to clean our vacation condo staring in January 2013. We are long distance owners, so we rely on our cleaning service to provide excellent cleaning of our unit for our many vacationing renters. We had our first complaint in March. A guest arrived with only three towels in the unit, and two were dirty. We called Pristine and they got new towels to the guests. Then when we arrived to enjoy our own vacation beginning June 6, we found 6 visibly dirty towels, 4 visibly dirty wash cloths and one dish towel that was visibly dirty, plus a dish towel that smelly horribly of mildew. The towels and wash cloths were also wrinkled and slightly damp. They had clearly been used by a previous guest and NOT laundered. The sheets on the master bed also did not smell as if they had been laundered. So when we arrived to our unit, late at night, we had to do several loads of laundry just to have a clean bed to sleep in and a clean washcloth and towel to wash our face.

Pristine Maids was hired in March 5th, 2013 for this homeowner not in January and we have records proving that so that is the 1st incorrect statement stated by the homeowner. Let's make sure we post accurate and truth when posting information. Second, I would like to say that we have a large amount of homeowners and none, I do mean NONE, have ever yelled at us that we "robbed them". "Others", as the homeowner stated, do not seem to have the problems that this homeowner has. Our office has never been spoken to in the manner that they were from this homeowner. There was an occasion in March that the towels were shorted but what the homeowner failed to mention was, they were shorted because the homeowner did not ship enough linen for the first use, nor did they ship back up ( Items received via mail on March 23rd and also have records proving) . The linen count had to be split for the rotation this is why our business manager drove from Crestview to Santa Rosa Beach just to buy towels and linens for the homeowner and took them to their unit after the homeowner realized they had not shipped enough linen. But we handled it. Five minutes later, they were calling and asking for a handyman who then drove immediately from Navarre to Santa Rosa Beach to help them, only to stand around waiting an hour for their guests to show up so he could be let in. After an hour of standing around and the homeowner could not get a hold of the guests who had taken the key from the lock box, the homeowner said the handyman could leave and to bill him for making the trip out there. NOT pay for him to stand around waiting for an hour when he clearly dropped what he was doing to go to their need. We have gone above and beyond for this owners and to be treated so poorly is just unfair. After their renters left on Tuesday 5/14 I received an email from the homeowner because their renters complained their unit's umbrella didn't click in the adjoining pole because the plastic stop was broken, the mat to the front door was almost ready to disintegrate, they had no batteries for backup I guess because their TV remove did not work. Their hall way light bulbs were out. Again, we called our handyman to come replace the hall lights. I went and purchased these new items for this homeowner and drove from Crestview to Santa Rosa Beach to bring the new items there and did NOT charge them a fee for doing so. Our cleaners do NOT leave dirty linen in a home, If that were the case, I am pretty sure we would not have pages upon pages of condo owners who happily do business with our company. There are some owners who simply have issues that need more assistance than Pristine Maids can offer them. The homeowner has asked us twice to go purchase items and make the condo look presentable now anyone with any common sense would see clearly if Pristine Maids has went above and beyond for this homeowner on so many occasions why would it behoove us to leave dirty sheets on a cleaning? If we have done so many things incorrectly then why did this homeowner have us continue to service them as well as rely on us to correct so many of YOUR errors with your condo? The professional thing to do would have been pick up the phone and ask to speak to someone about the concern in a proper manor. This was not done by the homeowner. The homeowner sent a text message at 1:47am stating they were robbed. Once that text message was viewed at 7am that was the last draw. After all the things we have done for this homeowner we will not tolerate it any longer. A reply was sent requesting the homeowner to utilize their time here finding another service as we will not be treated in this matter. I would image that is the reason the homeowner when walking into our office on 6/10 first, apologized to the business manager, then thanking her for going above and beyond for him. I wish them luck in their condo season but do not think that this type of behavior is acceptable.

They are highly professional and do an excellent job. This is the second week they have cleaned. I have never experienced this level of professionalism concerning the cleaning of our condo. The increase in cost is worth it. The renters last week were very positive about the cleanliness of the condo. I am impressed with this company. They keep in constant contact and are very professional. Great Company!

You forgot to add that you requested different cleaners and in the end you offered one of our cleaners, the one you "liked", the opportunity to obtain her occupational license (paid for by you) and you would assist her in setting up her own cleaning service, starting with you as the first client. When I spoke to you on the phone about this, you admitted it. Now, over 5 months later, you decided to come and give my company a bad review?! What happened, things did not work out the way you thought they would with her? Next time, remember that the "sure" thing, isn't always the best way to go.

VERY POOR SERVICE!
Description of Work: To say the least I am disappointed in the service provided. I had them do a top to bottom cleaning. The floors were not moped, blinds not cleaned, doors not cleaned, shower not cleaned, cabinets not cleaned, to be truthfull I'm not sure what she did in the 5 hours she was here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They provided an extensive checklist of all the items they "cleaned." They were all checked, but not all of them were actually done. They left a dirty stovetop, a dirty sink, dirty baseboards, a dirty fridge top, a dirty oven (all checklist items), and more. When I called to rectify the problem, they were rude and unprofessional. They charged the full amount and wouldn't refund anything for the items they didn't clean. They offered to come back and clean the items they "missed," but the last thing we wanted was to have them in our home again while we weren't there. They actually hung up on me while I was talking to them. Avoid this outfit.
Description of Work: We signed up for a bi-weekly housekeeping package. They start by performing a more expensive initial cleaning to get the house up to their "standards." They were supposed to clean all rooms from top to bottom with the exception of windows and closets. This included washing walls, washing baseboards, cleaning the top of the fridge & oven, and other deeper cleaning tasks in addition to the more typical/standard cleaning tasks.
