Description of Work: I have been receiving lawn maintenance from Brad -owner of Lawn Tek for almost 6 years now. I just recently met his wife and family and it occurred to me that other people should know about an honest business with honest people behind it. Our monthly maintenance includes mowing, edging, trimming and just recently fertilizing. We pay 120.00 a month for almost an acre lot! Ive never had any problems with Lawn Tek and the only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is if it rains they push those yards for that day forward a day, which there's no getting around I think. I've even had Brad come out last minute for a estimate on a sprinkler system because we were leaving for a long vacation. He was very professional and by the time we came back the job was done and our yard looked great. I highly recommend Lawn Tek. Good guy, good business

Description of Work: Brad Overly had an agreement with me for a set price he would cut my 15 by 11 backyard at the same time he cut the front yards of all of the houses in the area. He has an agreement with the home owners association to maintain all of the front yards in the neighborhood I live in. The first time he cut my yard he did a very poor job, the grass was uneaven, the weeds are crawling up the back fence, the grass close to the patio where high, and all of the furniture was knocked over. I gave them a second chance against my better judgement. This Tuesday they came to mow the front yards and never even came to mow my yard, So I asked why, and he said the other guy must have forgot he appologized and said someone would come and cut it right away. By Thrusday nothing happened. I asked again and then he said he was not going to come back to this area until next Tuesday. I asked he cut it by the weekend. The grass was getting really high, He said no, and now won't give me the money back that I paid for July and August. He said I had his address I could come and get it. He cursed me out and threatened me several times. I feel I was being taken advantage of for being a single woman. He would not have cursed out a man like that and called him a *****.
