Description of Work: I used House2house. They cut grass and trimmed hedges.

Description of Work: Kyle House of House2House Lawns does the lawn care at rental property that I own. I pay for the service of mowing, edging, blowing driveways and walks, and tree and shrub trimming on a yearly basis, but he does also have a fee for per visit or monthly service if the customer prefers. The cost would of course depend on the size of the lawn. Update: I wanted to provide more detail of the services that are provided. In the annual service he mows and trims 26 times during the growth season; he edges all sidewalks, driveways, and curbs; he prunes all ornamental shrubs, bushes, etc. 1 time a year; he does 1 fall leaf removal and 1 spring cleanup, removing all leaves and miscellaneous debris from the entire property. I pay yearly, but he does also offer monthly billing. The cost varies according to the property. He provides free estimates. He provides these services for the large lawn at 200 Bailey Drive in Niceville, which is a rental property.
