Description of Work: We purchased and had installed an engineered wood floor. The service while deciding what we were going to do was great and the installation crew was courteous and experienced. My only complaint was a couple of deep scratches left by the crew on the floor on the last install day...made likely while moving furniture back in place. They are easily blended into the rest of the floor with simple techniques...the floor is going to get more...I'm sure of it. It really turned out beautiful. Having said that, do you homework regardless of who you use. Read the warranty of the floor you intend to install...you'll likely find requirements (e.g. use a certain glue) that will void parts of the warranty if you ignore them.
