+ -1 moreYour help has been invaluable! I will never be able to thank you guys enough for always be there to rescue me from my own stupidity! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming out just before the apocalyptic storm rolled in to open my van due to losing my only key. You guys saved me (AGAIN) for the second time in a month. My family has been using Derl’s lock and Safe since around 2006 and I will never use anyone else.
Description of Work: Locked keys in van, then later lost my only key and they opened my van for me.

Description of Work: the two men changed every lock in my newly purchased home. very polite and efficient. the amount i placed in the box asking how much i spent...i cannot remember. but i remember thinking it was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreWhen we returned from an out of town trip we couldn't find the key to our locked file cabinet. We called Derl's and he ask what number was on the lock. We could then pick up the key and save a lot of money. We picked up the key and it would slid in but not turn. We called Derl back and he advise us if at all possible bring in the file cabinet and he would work on it. If he made a house call it he would have to charge us. Luckily, it was a small file cabinet and we loaded in the car. Derl fiddled with it for a few minutes and it open. He gave a total of 3 keys and charged us $15 total. You can't beat that. He was very polite along with his store employees.
