Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in 6 rooms

Description of Work: The first appt. was scheduled in the afternoon. At approx. 4pm I called and was told the machine broke down, and they would be here about 5pm. I cancelled because I did not want them to be here during dinner. I rescheduled for 3/10 between 12and 1pm. At 1:30pm I called the serviceman and he told be his boss went out of town and he couldn't find the list. In addition, he had a flat tire. But he could be here in about an hour. It was about 3:30 when he arrived. When finished, I inspected the carpet and it looked fine. The next morning, three places showed spots that looked like they had been bleached. Some larger than others. I callled the owner James Glover and he told me that was impossible. I asked him to come and look at them. He said he would on Mon. morning. I called Monday morning, and he said it would be late Mon. afternoon, but his equipment could not have done this. I have not heard anything from him since. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The actual man that cleaned the carpets was courteous.
