Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with this electrical company, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. From the start, working with this contractor has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. This company was hired as a subcontractor during the construction of my new home. One of the tasks was to terminate several Cat5 cables—a simple, straightforward job that should’ve been completed without issue. When they sent an electrician out in December, he managed to complete two of the cable terminations but said he needed help accessing the remaining cables. Instead of following through, the company avoided responsibility and continuously made excuses, claiming the job was “outside their scope” despite already starting the work. At no point was it communicated to me that terminating the remaining cables would be my responsibility. In fact, the same company completed other terminations throughout the house without issue. What’s worse is that after waiting months for a resolution, I—someone with no electrical experience—was able to locate and make the cables accessible myself. If I could manage that, there’s no reason a professional couldn’t have done the same. On top of all this, I was given two completely different price quotes for the same job. Initially, I was told the first hour would be waived and subsequent hours would be billed at a fair rate. Later, that rate increased without explanation. When I asked about the conflicting quotes, instead of providing clarity, the contractor refused to continue the work altogether. Let me be clear: This issue was never the homeowner’s responsibility—it was a clear lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism on their part. If you’re considering hiring this company, think twice. They’ve shown a complete disregard for their responsibilities and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone.

He's always been on the ball, ready to help in any situation I've brought to him and all done in a timely and professional manner!! Both of which are greatly appreciated in the highly competitive real estate world, full of contracts and inspection deadlines!! It's comforting to know that I'm able to refer my clients to one of my network partners that I know will handle their issue quickly and competently!!

They came out and inspected job site then never submitted bid. Would not return my calls to get bid. 🙁

It went great. He was very responsive and offered helpful advice. When he hit a computer snag on the NEST product, he worked on it for some time rather than just walking away. Very personable and caring.

Called and he answered within a couple of rings the first time. Said he should be able to get to me next week and that he would follow up earlier in that week to set an actual date and time. Never called back and now i only get voicemail with no return calls when i try to reach him.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and on time--they did a visit to see what the project entailed, then came back with parts to do the job. Steve explained everything to me and offered a couple of options to connect power. I will definitely call him first when I have the next project and would recommend his company to anyone needing electrical help.

Everything went very smooth Steven and his crew were able to come in earlier than scheduled and knocked the job out quickly for adding power to my shop and was even able to take care of some last minute request without any problems. Would definitely hire again for any electrical needs. His prices were also far better than any other quotes I had received even with him doing more work than others quoted me for.
