+ -1 moreWork went well and going smoothly until it was discovered that the air handler had been damaged sometime in transit to the supplier. The owner, Roger, informed me that while it was repairable, he wasn't going to just fix it and walk away. He got the unit running and then replaced it with a new unit as soon as it came in (about 2 days). Roger and his helper were courteous, professional, and honest.
Description of Work: Removed existing 2.5 ton heat pump system including line set and drain line. Installed new 3 ton heat pump system with variable speed air handler including 10kW backup heat strip. Installed new refrigerant piping, condensate drain line, and SS-2 drain safety switch. Installed new touch screen thermostat and two new supply air drops upstairs.
