Description of Work: Hired them to clean my pool. They told me they would be out every Friday or Saturday depending on the weather. After four cleanings they never came back. They won't answer the phone or return any of my calls, I have left several messages. They are un-dependable and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Hired them for about 6 months. Told me I needed new sand in my filter although it was relatively new. I found a reputable dealer that would do it for about half of what they wanted. They then told me they couldn't clean my pool if I had someone else service it and cancelled my service. I had to ask them to refund my unused monthly fee. These guys offer a low monthly cleaning fee but come up with unneeded services .

 + -1 moreOverall, They were very professional and taught us "Pool School." We thought we knew what to do about Algae. We realized their is alot more to just adding chlorine to a swimming pool. We have tried other companies in the area (if they showed up)and they never got close to getting rid of the algae or stains. We would highly recommend their cleaning service.
Description of Work: We had a terrible algae swimming pool and couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at the pool supplies stores and still had algae. We called Angels Touch, who a friend of ours had referred us too and within 2 days our swimming pool was beautiful. Since then, I have called them out to do weekly service and am very pleased with their cleaning.

 + -1 moreThis pool service completely clogged up my skimmer line by using incorrect equipment. I had to pay 3 other services over $700 to find & correct the problem. Also I had paid $600 in advance for 6 months svc, of which they preformed 1 month of in which they did nothing because 'my pool mush have a leak'...it did not & I have a leak protection svc to confirm this. Also Angels Touch chged me an extra $125 to 'unclog' my skimmer line & did NOT unclog it. I have another company who eventually cleared the clog to verify this. THEN they would not return the $475 they owed me for the 6 mo svc pd in advance (I have cancelled check) & they only worked one month of in which they almost ruined my pool.
