Description of Work: Very professional. We set up an appointment for the estimate. Steve Anderson came and checked the carpet throughout the home, including closet areas. There were pet stains! He explained exactly what needed to be done, how it is done, how long it takes and gave me the estimate. He had his wife/secretary call and set up the appointment. She always calls to let you know they are on their way and the day they were to come clean the carpet another person had a water pipe burst and they were flooded. Steve's wife called me that morning to let me know they had to respond to that call and may be a few minutes (up to 30 min) late. But she called again approximately 30 minutes before they were to be there and said they were on their way! They came in and did a magnificent job. The carpet looked new! But, he had explained some of the pet stains may come back out with time. That's what I liked. They explained everything, were very professional, did a great job and still stayed with the estimated cost. No surprises. I highly recommend them. And there is so much more they do besides cleaning carpet. Tile and grout cleaning, strip and refinish floors, fire and smoke restoration, water damage restoration, accident, crime, death, & trauma cleanup, biohazard cleanup and more.
