I scheduled a move out clean for the 16th. they quoted me $250.00 and confirmed they would be there at 8am. Waited till 8:15, then called to make sure they were on the way. I got a recording, so I left a message. A few minutes later I get a call from the same number saying, and I quote... " yeah, someone called this number" WHAT? are you kidding me? I explain I had a move out clean scheduled for this morning, and he says, okay, let me see if I can find them. I did receive a call from one of the ladies. She started out the conversation with, okay, so you say we were supposed to clean for you today? Her excuse was that her "PARTNER" was out of town and failed to tell her about the appointment. TOTALLY 100% unprofessional !!!
