+ 0 moreOverall, prompt service for an emergency situation. My backup laptop has my work information, but due to some password changes at work, it was not usable either until IT could connect me from Texas. This made it even more essential to see if my desktop could be repaired.
Description of Work: My work (from home) desktop computer would not boot up. It is essential for my daily work. Mr. Monday promptly arrived and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about 1 hour. I was able to go back to work. Lucky he also had the cable necessary to replace the bad one in the computer.

+ 3 moreThe overall story with this company is very good. He has been in business here for over 29 years. I had only in the past year learned that he worked on computers in addition to his regular line of TV repair and installation of antennas, satellite systems, and Hughes Net systems. Last fall he was contacted to install an over the air antenna system and eventually also installed a satellite system for me. He is the authorized dealer in our area for DISH and Hughes Net.
Description of Work: On this occassion, Mr. David Monday was contacted regarding upgrading and setting up a second computer running Windows XP. I already have one computer running Windows 7 but needed another one for a specific use with Windows XP as the operating system. He provided me with a rebuilt computer and specifically loaded an official authorized copy of XP on it and updated the system completely. The rebuilt computer carries a 6 month warranty from Mr. Monday directly. He added my own extra monitor and installed my accessories that I needed for the system and found the correct drivers etc. The purchase of the computer was $200. The additional service call of $ 85. included installation and set up of the software program and my additional peripherals (printer, fax etc).
