Great work. Rubin and his team arrived on time and went right to work, informing me of each step along the way. Replaced a portion of my driveway, which rose up and cracked due to tree roots. It is now level and look great. This is a great company and i highly recommend.

4/15/2024 The owner got the job done, but it was very poorly done. After agreeing to the cost for the job, he later showed up to start the work and immediately wanted more money than what was agreed upon. He claimed more concrete was required for the job. After receiving payment (only cash payment was acceptable) he claimed his receipt book was left in his other vehicle and promised to email the receipt to me. I'm still waiting for the receipt of payment 1 month later after making repeated calls and texts to him. All the walls were a mess after he completed the job. He left cement plastered all over the walls and baseboards, claiming I just need to brush it off in a day or two.

The work was done quickly. The driveway looks nice. Have some concerns over the total cost and fitting repairs to sidewalk and roadway in over a weeks time and between other jobs. But it is a beautiful driveway.

Rubin was excellent and courteous. Got the work done on time and in one day. Good crew worked diligently. Quote included cleanup and hauling away of debris. Was the first pro to respond with an estimate.

It went great. Ruben and his team were punctual and informed us about each step of their work. They also finished the job in 2 days. We widened our driveway and added a walkway and platform for our recycling containers. All looks fantastic. The team also took care to save some of the grass that had to be removed and installed it were needed. In addition they made sure the property was clean when they left. Excellent experience. Glad we found them.

I recently had a regrettable experience with Florida Crete Construction, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. Here's a detailed account of my interactions: On December 2, 2023, Reuben visited our property to provide an estimate for necessary concrete and stucco work. We thoroughly discussed the project, including details about Dam Easy Flood Gates and the adjustment of concrete and stucco. Crucially, Reuben assured us that once the work was completed, all we had to do was paint. Subsequently, on December 4, I received an estimate for $9164.55, and on December 9, I confirmed our agreement via text. In good faith, I signed and returned the contract on December 13, accompanying it with a check for $4582.28 marked for the concrete work to commence on December 13. Everything seemed on track until December 27, when Reuben informed me of an additional $2500 for stucco work, contradicting our initial agreement. After a negotiation, he agreed to accept $1800 for the stucco work. I paid this amount, even though I never agreed to it initially. On January 2, 2024, Reuben completed the work, and to my surprise, he sent a new contract with over $1000 in unagreed-upon additional charges. I refused to sign the contract. In total, I paid Florida Crete Construction $12,464.55 for the concrete, retaining wall, and stucco work. However, the company failed to uphold the initial agreement, adding unexpected charges (twice) and attempting to secure them in a new contract. To exacerbate the situation, on January 6, I received a threatening text from Reuben, stating he would come to my property and "demo what [he] installed." (I informed my local police of this issue) In light of these issues, I rate Florida Crete Construction one star out of five. The lack of transparency, adherence to agreements, and unprofessional behavior, especially the threatening message, make it clear that I cannot recommend this company to others. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering Florida Crete Construction for their projects.

Great/now walk around our home and pool--flat pavement and no broken steps. Before and after photos are available. Team cleaned up when done-so you would not know work had been performed! Neighbors said the walkway was great and accompanying small garden wall preserved the original natural look of our backyard

Hired Florida Crete to build a 28x40 building foundation with stem wall at 12" to 36" over 40' run. Mr Diaz and his crew are probably the most hard working men I have ever hired for a project. They were all about contructing to my satisfaction. The completed project was perfectly square. Thanks again to Florida Crete for a very well done job. 5 STARS

Ruben and his crew did a excellent job resetting the bricks on our house and replacing the mortar between the brick. He was excellent to work with and kept me informed the entire time. He was patient with us as we had to wait for the lift company to finish stabilizing our house before he could begin. His went right to work once everything was stabilized. He provided excellent service and price!! I will definitely be calling them again for future concrete work!

Ruben and his team did a fantastic job on my project. They were punctual and actively communicated during the whole process. They finished as projected and planned from origin of contract date. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

Great work. Installed an extension of concrete with rebar. Installed footers. Added detail work. Brush swept finished with edging. Looks awesome. Cleaned up after completion. Awesome Company. Highly recommend.

Ruben and his crew were spot on! Called in advance, showed up on time and sis mot mess around. Clean and neat even in the 110 heat and some rain, they kept at it. Very happy with this company!!

Company is not run well. I was told that workers would be there 4 days in a row before someone actually showed up. The day of the pour they came to prep the site and do the reward. Then they ran out of cement and now my patio slab has a Cold pour section at far right corner. I hope we don't have a problem with it. Over all , juan was good at his job, but as I said he is not punctual.

It went very well. Rubin was very good at keeping in touch. Some issues related to new property(new home) delayed things a bit, but Rubin lined up delivery to be ready as soon as I was ready. He did an excellent job. Very professional, highly recommend him!!

The skills of Florida Crete Construction was put to the test with our cracked, un-level and unusable concrete patio deck. After the intervention of Rueben and his team it is now repaired to safe and usable space. Its appearance is very nice. You can trust the quality and integrity of Rueben and his team. This is the second job I’ve had Rueben do. After talking to multiple contractors, I hired Rueben because he was prompt, courteous and professional…and the only one to hand me the bid upon our first meeting. I’m glad I hired him. He has done everything we asked for, knew what we wanted and advised us when issues came up. He will be our go to guy and I recommend him with confidence.

Ruben was excellent to work with and our new patio looks beautiful.

I contacted Ruben at Florida Crete for some crushed asphalt work on my property. I had previously hired them for a concrete foundation for my 2 car garage and was pleased at their work. They were prompt to respond to my request for the asphalt and came out to give me an estimate which I thought was fair. Ruben and crew are hard working and always complete their jobs to the customers satisfaction.
