+ -1 moreThey were referred to me. The tub faucet was dripping. With the company, we just pay $75 and they come out and do whatever needs to be done. They came out on time. They did what they said they were going to do. It worked, it hasn't broke since.Currently, when you call, it just depends, because they've had other companies that either didn't work out enough or sounds like you ca get a better deal with another company. If I had to pick, I would pick West.

Description of Work: "I had to fix a leak on my master bathroom toilet, leak was not allot but enough to notice that the tiles in between were discoloring. I have a warranty service on my house and they called West Plumbing to come out and fix it. I paid the company $75.00 for my deductible. The two guys that came out were filthy both their clothes and shoes. I made them take their shoes off. They were so dirty that the floor in the bathroom had to be mopped. The owner (apparently one of their son's were working at the house and he kept asking how long they would take because they had other calls to make). Obviously they were going for quantity and not quality. After they left I did not check because I thought everything was okay! When I went to use the bathroom the toilet was so crooked I thought I was going to fall off. I had to call them back to put the toilet in correctly. That was in December 2014 here it is 10 months later and the toilet is leaking again! Their warranty on parts and service was only 180 days!! I will never use them again and had the warranty service make a note on my file about this company and their shoddy work."

+ -1 moreThey scratch and dinged my new farmers sink. They left a mess, they would not hook up the faucet. I showed them the places the hit and said the did not but i stood there and watched then sling a hammer around the sink. the owner would not do anything it about except to tell my husband they would come back and finish the work , if he would keep his wife from saying any more about the sink, or his employees are to walk out and not finish their work.
Description of Work: moved plumbing from one cabinet to another approximately 21/2 ft.

+ -1 moreAs promised, they called ahead to say when they were on the way, so I could stay at work and didn't have to sit home and wait all day. The plumber was very quick and got our pipe leak fixed right away. He cleaned up after himself, and was friendly and professional. I can't comment on the value/price, since the work was covered by a home warranty policy, but I would definitely call this company again for other work.
