The people that came out were compatible.

Staffing problems arose the day they were to come out so we rescheduled for the following day. Justin Wagner, Jason and Andy came out in the morning and brought a tractor and a trailer. The limbs were not so high that they needed a boom. The tractor was used to lift one worker to do the cutting. Later the tractor was used to pick up debris. Nothing was damaged and I had no ruts in the yard. They went to work quickly and cut everything to my satisfaction. After certain cuts were made, several other limbs or small trees showed up that I did not see before, so I did add three extra cuttings and they did those, too, without question. The crew were very pleasant and accommodating. I watched the entire time and was very pleased with the work. They blew off my roof and my driveway and got up most of the debris. (Just short of raking my entire yard, I don't think they could have gotten everything.) Justin Wagner did come out to see how it was going near the end when they were on their last cut. I told him about the additional work and he added it to my bill which I gave to one of his crew before they left. They were here about four hours. They did exactly what I asked them to do, did it well and I am very pleased.
