AKA Warren Roth Llc. Do NOT hire this contractor to do any work for you. He will not complete his work, but will demand payment, and if you do not pay him when HE BELIEVES his job is completed he will come to your door and threaten you and try to intimidate you into paying him. A great way to treat your customers by threatening and intimidation and to challenge your customers to a street fight, because you are not being paid for work you didn?t even do WHATEVER you do if you do hire him, DO NOT give him keys to your house, not only will he NOT return them, he will be belligerent and tell you to purchase new locks. That is a great professional way to do business . Apparently you DON?T know how to do your job very well, and you should not be in the construction field. The work Warren Roth performed DID NOT pass inspection! Most importantly make sure you babysit them. Otherwise they will steal whatever they can get their hands on. They took over $500.00 worth of my woodworking/painting tools plus real petty stuff like mini blinds, light bulbs etc. When confronted, Warren laughed and thought it was funny and then said "I will get you a new $10.00 tool." I suppose he does not understand the PRINCIPLE behind theft. It's not only the value, but the fact of actually taking things that do not belong to you. I really wish that I can post the entire story here, but there are other web sites that I will be sure to give all the details!!!!!!

Mr. Roth and his crew showed up but the work was done quickly and sloppy. No insulation was put on the ceiling so heat pours in from the roof. I had to pay someone else to install the insulation on the ceiling. The windows and doors have places where you can see through because nothing was sealed, so bugs and heat come in through the cracks. All around terrible service and doesn't care if you are satisfied or not.

I wanted my screened in porch enclosed to be used as a playroom for my kids. Mr. Warren did not pull a permit to do the work and did a terrible job. The windows were not sealed, he did not insulate the roof and overall did an aweful job. I asked him to pull a permit and make it right, but he refuses to even return my phone calls.
