Phillip was very personable and attentive. I appreciated that he was so thorough and was able to fix our refrigerator the same day he came out.

Phill was wonderful to work with. He gave me a second opinion on a diagnostic performed by another technician on my washer. This technician told me there was "no hope", and that the only solution was to purchase a new waser. Given the age and quality of the washer, I just didn't buy that. I was right. It could be repaired, and Phill did so the same day, for a lower service fee. Unfortunately an expensive part was required, but still the overall expense was lower than buying a new washer.
