He was quick to identify the problem and explained it so that I could understand it. I've used another company in the past but will be calling Parker Services in the future for all my heating and AC needs.

+ -1 moreEverything was found to be in good working order and no repairs were made. The only problems that I am aware of since the system was installed has been someone setting a thermostat to an uncomfortable hot or cold setting and insects plugging the condensate drain pipe.
Description of Work: The service provider checked out the system which the company had installed about 6 years earlier.
