There were hammer marks all in the wood, doors would not close properly after installation, there were cracks large enough for two quarters together to stand between two pieces of wood. The owner and quot;Randyand quot; was not there during the 3 days of installation and when called to review his staff's errors Randy's fix for most of them was putty. Putty was not ever included in the list of products required for guarantee by the flooring manufacturer.
Description of Work: Rip up carpet and install apx. 1000 sq. feet of 3/4 inch thick Birch hard wood flooring.

 + -1 moreThe bedroom carpet needed to be removed and replaced with wood flooring. The flooring was purchased at Lumber Liquidators in Tallahassee, who recommended Miller Hardwood Flooring. Jeremiah and Michael arrived as scheduled this morning, and went straight to work, removing the old carpet, and installing the new bamboo flooring. The room was vacuumed and all packing material removed, along with the old carpet. An overeall professional experience.
Description of Work: Took up old carpet and replaced it with bamboo flooring purchased at Lumber Liquidators. The team was professional, and the finished floor is beautiful! They left the house and property clean, removing the old carpet from the premises. The price was as quoted. Thank you, Jeremiah and Michael!

 + -1 moreThe project started on time and ended on time. Randy and the rest of his experienced crew were respectful, nice and experienced. Randy closely monitored the job ensuring satisfaction. As issues came up, his expertise and experience guided us to the right solution. He stuck to his price and always responds to questions and concerns.
Description of Work: We purchased strand bamboo natural flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Miller's Hardwood Flooring, LLC is one of their business partners through the Home Service Store. The owner, Randy Miller provided an accurate estimate for removal installation and repairs. Our home is 35 years old and above grade. Despite the age and old flooring to remove, his estimate was still very accurate and LOW compared to the other two bids we obtained. Miller's provided the carpet and old floor removal, sub floor repair, Bamboo installation and quarter round finishing.
