Sandy Lott caused me so much grief by NOT doing her job. She told a potential buyer to take their paper work to the title company instead of doing it herself, which caused this person to go to a different realtor and not purchase the property I had for sale. Sandy Lott did not follow up with the title company for Three Different potential buyers. I fired her and used a different realtor who had my property sold in a week!

Contacted the real estate agent to sell vacant property in Tallahassee :Mary Bookmiller the owner of this real estate company. She responded immediately and discussed the importance of marketing the property after performing an analysis of similar property values. I then worked with Sandy Lott a real estates agent in this company. Sandy was prompt in all her correspondence with me, and was professional and caring.
