+ -1 moreToday she came to clean my house and ended up leaving after only being here for 3 hours. She also left my door unlocked. When I called her about her leaving early and also leaving the door unlocked she explained she did not appreciate being talked to like that and she quit. She also said to me that she does not wait around because she has three other jobs, but I arrived back at my home only 10-25 minutes after she had left.
Description of Work: I have been using the cleaning service for about 4 or 5 months. She was supposed to come every single week but she was not always reliable about coming every week because she has kids and had other things come up every once in awhile. She was always on time. She did try and rush through the work and when I mentioned anything to her about taking her time she was overly sensitive.

+ -1 moreJennifer is a hard-working Mom with a real work ethic, does an excellent job and never stops moving. She came out to our rural home to estimate what needed to be done. We plan to continue using her on a regular basis--so far-so good.
Description of Work: Thorough, deep cleaning of a living room and dining room, everything from woodwork, to fans to upholstery.
