The provider was sent out by Sears to install a dishwasher. The coupling on the water hose was nonstandard so the service man had to get another coupling. When he indicated I would be put to the back of the list for a new appointment, I expressed that this was unacceptable as I has already waited a week for the appointment. It went downhill from there. After initially saying he would get the part he then said we would need to have a plumber put in the coupling and then they would reschedule. When I indicated I would be giving an unfavorable Angie's List review, he changed the story again, saying he could do the work and rescheduling for 3 days out. The scheduled time came and went without anyone showing up or calling. After three call to the office, with the third call again mentioning Angie's List, I got a return call that the service man was on the way. I expressed displeasure that there had not been a return phone call earlier than 2 hours after the appointment time. Then all of sudden I needed to call a plumber again. Ms. Anderson was handling the phone calls and was completely unprofessional. On the first day she actually lectured my husband about the Angie's List comment. On the rescheduling day she spoke over me when I was speaking, not allowing me to complete a sentence, and then hung up on me when I was trying to clarify some information. I have honestly never dealt with such unprofessional "professionals". I would certainly never be able to provide a positive reference for this provider.
