+ -1 moreMy AC was not cooling and we had guest coming in for a visit. I called in the morning and they sent someone out the same afternoon. The technicians showed up on time, assessed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. They even found a potential problem and fixed that as well. While here, they also checked out my second AC unit to make sure it was properly working. The pricing was very reasonable and the technician, James, was very professional and courteous. I will use them again for any HVAC problems.

They changed out the system in two days so our lives were not interrupted. They do quality work so you get your moneys worth. It was a messy job because they had to remove insulation. They cleaned everything up well.

+ -1 moreOverall, I was satisfied with AIR CON. Maybe it was too much to ask for immediate service when the air quit working.
Description of Work: My parents who lived here before me used AIR CON, that is why I continued. That was 1989, Mom and dad were very happy, I continued, and I was happy too, except when we had a new air conditioner installed, moved to the outside from the inside. I began to get a little unhappy with unanswered questions, and the time the new ac did not work and they could not get out to see it that same day. I was upset because the air conditioner was fairly new 3-4 years old, already it needed a $500 part, now it needs a $1200 part. It seems like $6,000 was a lot for 5 -7 years lifetime. Mildew was accumulating in the first year, did not seem to have an answer as to why. But overall, I like AIR CON, Gary was exceptionally nice.

When they left, I had two companies come back in about a week to see what a replacement unit would cost and I chose a different company. I would give them above average. The work they did was fine and I did not ask them to do the full house system. I would be calling them in about a year to do the unit for another house that I have.
Description of Work: I used Air-Con Of Wakulla LLC in July to check some things on my air-conditioning unit and that was all I needed them for.

+ -1 moreIt was a minor job, but they came out on a Sunday morning. They are extremely reliable and very, very pleasant. They are very prompt. I have never called without them showing up on the same day. The gentleman, Gary, has stopped here to fix something before going home to eat dinner.
Description of Work: They replaced a valve on my furnace. I've had them install whole furnaces. They have come on emergency calls when my furnace didn't start.
