I was very pleased with their work. They did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up after the job. They did leave behind cigarette butts in the driveway, however. Their pricing was competitive. 4-5 guys were out while I was visiting and they completed the job in about 1 day. I did not have much interaction with the technicians. I spoke with the owner, Mike, over the phone. He was very professional and they came recommended by a person I work with. I had no problem scheduling the service and everything went smoothly.

The company replaced a section of roof over a room addition on my house. They did a fantastic job with the exception of a piece of wood that was installed crooked on the soffit. I called Mike and he promptly came out and fixed it...no questions asked. My only complaint is that I never spoke to Mike in person, we just talked on the phone. I do recommend these guys because of their good work and they beat every other quote I had.

Pafford installed shingles over existing wood rot without fixing some areas. Prior to him beginning work he was given a copy of the home inspector's report with pictures and locations of existing wood rot. In his quote to me after viewing the report and coming out to the house to look at the job, he specifically stated he would fix all wood rot. The rot in question was in an area of the attic that was not easily accessible to me, so upon completion of his work I assumed he did what I paid him to do. I am not a home inspector and did not have the means or the knowledge to assess the quality of his work, so I took him at his word. Unfortunately, when I attempted to sell the home 4 years later another home inspector told me there was wood rot in the attic. His pictures and the areas in question were the same areas that Pafford claimed to have fixed 4 years earlier. When I contacted Pafford about this issue he told me he would come out to the house and review the situation. He stood me up by never showing up at the house. Afterward he would not answer phone calls or return voice mails. I ended up paying another roofer to fix the areas in the roof that I had already paid Pafford to fix. This was a poor experience on multiple levels: very poor workmanship to begin with and very poor customer service.

Replaced roof on primary residence in Tallahassee, Florida. Went extremely well extremely punctual...courtious...& Absolutely professional I would unequivocably use them again& again on any roofing project unfortunately they are only located & limited to the greater Tallahassee Florida area.

I called and spoke with Mike Pafford and we set up a time for him to come by and check my roof for an estimate. Mike is low-key and very easy to talk to and work with. I called and met with several other "big name" roofing companies in the area but Mike had the best price and he wasn't pushy or doing any "hard sell" and I prefer that. Since my homeowner's insurance was covering the cost of the new roof, because of hail damage in our area, the paperwork, insurance adjuster inspection and lots of "red tape" took quite a bit of time but Mike was patient When we were set to go we were delayed the first day because of constant rain (we've had lots of rain this summer). The next day his men were here before the sun, they arrived by 6:45 and were setting up to get to work. They had a small trailer for equipment and such and they also brought a very large open dumpster for all the trash. The roof was started on a Tuesday and by Thursday, they were just tying up loose ends. There was one little problem after the roof was done that caused rain to leak in because something around my chimney needed to be tightened; when I called Mike about the leak, he/he and his men were out that morning and took care of it immediately. Because of working with my insurance company and having to get the payment checks co-signed by my mortgage company, the wait for the final check was LONG; I kept in touch with Mike by phone, email and voicemail and he was very patient, never pressuring me to get the payment to him. I would reccomend Mike Pafford, Affordable Roofing to all my family and everyone else that needs roof repairs or replacement. I felt I wasn't having to help pay for TV advertisements so I got the best price of the several companies I contacted for estimates. Thank you to Mike and his men, they were professional from start to finish.

They are very dependable and very honest. They back up what they do. They were very easy to work with. It was a great experience overall. I am planning on using them again.

Affordable Roofing came highly recommended from the property management company that I am working with, because of their prices and quality of work. After getting quotes from three other companies, Affordable Roofing offered the best price and soultions to my roofing needs. The Home Inspector gave the roofing excellent rating on their report. A few months latter, I needed another roofing job done. I called them again for quote. Their price was less than I was expecting, and they were on the job the next morning and had it done that day. I would recommend them if you want a good roof at a fair price.
