Description of Work: Was supposed to come into my house to do some limited housecleaning for $70.

Description of Work: I had two girls for 1-1/2 hours. They cleaned, dusted, mopped and scrubbed everything. They are a friendly and prompt service with a smile.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house. I have a bi-weekly service. They have also done window cleaning and cleaned blinds. They have done the best job on blind cleaning I have ever seen done.

Description of Work: They come to clean my home, do laundry and whatever else needs done. I have used them every week for the past six years.

Description of Work: Pam told my wife the cost would be $30/hour for 3 hours for a total of $90.00. I called her 30 minutes after she was suppose to be at my house. She said she had to reschedule for the same day. I said ok and we agreed on a new time. An hour after the new time I called her again and she said she was taking a little extra longer on the house she was currently at and she would be at my house soon or she would have someone else show up and get started on it. By the way I was taking leave from work and spent the whole day waiting on her. It was around 3:00 when they showed up and three of them spent about 2 1/4 hours on the house. When I asked her for the total, she said it would be $200.00, but that we were "Angie's List" subscribers so she would allowed us a $10 credit and she gave us a total of $190. I told her that my wife was quoted $90, but she said there were three people instead of just one for 3 hours. I paid the $190. If you do the math, that's $30/per hour for each of three people. The quality of the work was fine, but the disrepect and disingenuous representation is not worth going back to her for.

Description of Work: I am an absentee owner and needed my rental property cleaned and made ready to sell. The owner followed up with me both before and after and made suggestions on things that needed to be done. They came on time and according to my real estate agent, the place looked great.

Description of Work: Absolute Maid Services performed an initial 3-hour housecleaning at my home. The lady that arrived was early, which was great. I asked her to focus on the bathrooms first, then the kitchen, then the floors, and then dust and get rid of cobwebs if there was any time left over. She started with the master bathroom, which had not been cleaned in a very long time. She then cleaned the kids' bathroom, the kitchen, and then mopped the kitchen floor. She did not have time to do anything else, since I only wanted a 3-hour cleaning. She did a wonderful job. She worked a long time on the master bathroom, which was completely necessary. My only disappointment was that when I called to schedule the visit, I was told two people would be there to clean and only one arrived. I understand that it may normally only be one person, and the lady I spoke to on the phone may have been sending two as a special circumstance. I just know that more could have been cleaned in those three hours if two people were working.

Description of Work: She had asked me to write up a list for her. Much less than half of it was done. I asked if she was alone and she said "no". I asked her the price and was quoted $30 an hour ... but she failed to tell me it was $30 an hour PER person. It cost me $360.00! My house was very dusty not "dirty". They move very slow. I have 20 people that said they would attest to the that my home is NEVER FILTHY, nor do I have a bunch of stuff at all! Half the list was done in 3 hours, they move very slow ... at $360.00? I had even turned on the self-clean oven the day before and let it clean and the ash inside was not even wiped out! I have stage IV cancer and had saved $200 to get a good deep clean. This put us in a horrible bind. Two friends that were over the day before said I should have refused to pay that ... but I was in shock. ALL my friends are very upset, but mostly my husband. There was only ONE bedroom (one other was just dusted and vacuumed, two baths, living/dining and kitchen and bottom wall boards, inside windows, and ceiling fans, pulling out the washer and dryer (which my husband even removed the dryer from that area so it would be easy to clean the tile underneath and just slide washer over to get other side. NO bed-making or laundry or carpet cleaning involved, and just a very few dishes in sink from the day which were put in the dishwasher. I am so upset I was not going to put anything on here, but my husband INSISTED and is watching now to be sure I do. He has advanced heart disease and did more than he should have done by just moving the dryer outside for them. I have rated professionalism as a "D" because she did not make pricing clear AT ALL and things were very slow going. The master bathroom and the wall floor board were excellent.

Since then they have been coming regularly and the $85 is based on the regular visits.''' UPDATE: I have continued to use this company since the last report. I am pleased to report that I am still satisfied. I have used other cleaning services and the quality of work often declines over time. The quality here has been sustained at a high level.
