I used this service for almost 18 months. I started with them when they were new in the area. I dealt with the fact that she wasn't an experienced cleaner, didn't speak English and brought different people with her all of the time. I wanted to give the new business an opportunity. Over the 18 months I tried to reschedule for a one time change of day probably 5 times and they would never remember to show up on the reschedule. My last straw was when they did not show up on a one time reschedule that I discussed with them 2 weeks in advance and when I called after they did not show up, the husband/owner couldn't remember who I was (18 month customer) and when I reminded him about the reschedule he said and quot;Oh yeah, I put that note on the counter and then through it awayand quot;.

They cleaned baseboards, windows, anything overhead they wipd down well. They were very prompt, and very friendly while in my home. I was very impressed with their work, and will continue to use them in the near future.

Pure Life Maid Service are great, I wouldn't keep them if they weren't. I've had them for 2 or 3 months at least. I like them.

She is always on time and does a great job. She does everything I ask her to do. I plan to use her again in the future.
