+ -1 moreThe provider was corteous in answering the questions we had. Unfortunely he was unable to help us. To be fair we didn't think he would be able to help us. We were getting desperate, which is why we called. We needed repair of some window parts and were being unsuccessful after calling many window repair companies when we decided to call this company. Although they couldn't fix our windows, they tried to help us connect to others who might.
Description of Work: Answered our questions regarding the service we wanted performed.

+ -1 moreOur Mazda minivan had been neglected for many years. We were not sure if it could ever look good again. After speaking to Dionne at Tint World on Sample Road in Coral Springs we decided to try to have it detailed. When we arrived we were greeted by Lisa who came outside to take a look at our van. She assured us that she felt they would be able to do a good job bringing it back to life. When we returned to pick up the van it was obvious that they had lived up to their promise. The van looked like a new car inside and out! We were more than pleased! As soon as we got home I immediately went online and purchased a groupon to have our other car cleaned at Tint World. We will become good customers.

Description of Work: Called CS Tinting World asking for estimate on residential window tinting, they connected me with a rep from Sunrise, Denis came to my house next day, did an estimate, and called me later that day to set up the installation. On the day of the installation I waited and waited, them got here 1 hour late with the wrong film, then told me, they would have to order the right film and come back to install it on the next day, I had to work next day so told them to be here on time, next day comes, waited and waited again, so I called Denis, he wouldn't answer or return my calls, finally the installation guy calls me back saying they were 1 hour from my house, so cancelled the service and told them to don't come. Very disorganized company, they seem professional upfront but they don't care about customer at all.

+ -1 moreGenerally, the job was okay. They talk about computer cut films, but they don't align them precisely on the windows. While it's not perfect, it's not worth going back and having it re-done. On this type of job, it should be perfect, though because you only get one shot. Would likely not go there again.
