The Cagan Team

The process went smoothly from the beginning through to the end. My son actually fell in love and purchased the first property they showed him. The Cagan's listened, and they got it. They are long term Florida residents, and have an in depth knowledge of the area. As my son was a first time home buyer, he had lots of questions. They answered those questions promptly, frequently, and graciously. Sometimes that happened to be early in the morning, as well as late at night. If they didn't have an answer, they referred us to someone who could help. When necessary they went to bat for us. They got convinced the seller to take our final offer, got them to share in the cost of a new electrical circuit box, even though the condo didn't require a new one, and made sure the seller had the apartment in immaculate condition before we moved in. By systematically preparing us for the next steps in process, they headed off a lot of unnecessary delays, and helped us close promptly and smoothly. I liked the fact that they both attended the closing, even though they didn't have to be there. We were grateful that they were always there for us. The Cagan's seem to love their job. I believe wholeheartedly that they would give you exemplary customer service, whether you were purchasing or selling multi million dollar properties or something much more modest.
