Super Gutter & Screen

Went well. It took a little longer to start than planned but I was not in a hurry. Once they got started it went quickly. The team is good and came back and addressed the minor issues remaining.

Installation was fine. No problem. However gutter is leaking at corner seam. Began emailing for repair in March. Emailed at least 4 times and sent pictures as requested. Responsiveness was awful and always saying that they will make an appointment to repair but never did. Last email was June 7th and still no appt. Installation was in January. I have every email saved to show how they keep putting me off.

Contract signed 2/12/19. Installion 4/25/19. I was called that morning. No advance notice. Codwebs left behind new gutters. Dripping at purlins (brace that holds screen house to gutter. When I said that the dripping did not occur before new gutters installed and that there was extra flashing installed that was not on the originals, I was told that the dripping is normal and I was ignored.

Easy company to work with, professional, prompt and delivered what they said they would. They came almost instantly to detach my screen enclosure while my roof was being replaced, then when the roof was done they came promptly to re-attach it, re-screen, add gutters, and replace doors and even installed a doggy door at the last minute, when i decided i wanted it. Would definitely hire them again. Both Jim and Kim were terrific and made this a stress free experience.

we were never given the drawings to approve. Jim had me sign the permit application without the drawings attached. This caused a major discrepancy in the final product and I had to fight to get him to correct. We compromised and came to a resolution but I still did not get what I paid for. Make sure you see the drawings BEFORE you sign the permit application.

Did not go. Disappointing. We wanted to get gutters installed in our home and asked for pricing. The office got back to us and said they could not sent us a new proposal. I guess they did not want to take the job. We went with a another A rated company who came out right away and gave a proposal to install seamless gutters all around our house.

Terrible. Once I signed a contract with Super Gutters, there was no communications. Paone calls wewe not returned and could not get a starting date. Called the owner Jim Baltuskonis. Cell phone message stated he was on vacation from july 4-6. It's now July 15 and the same message is on his phone. Pleanty of communications prior to signing the contract.

We would be remiss if we didn't take a minute to document and comment on the quality work and service we recently received from Super Gutters. The installation new gutters and down spouting exceeded our expectations. It is refreshing to work with a company of such quality and professionalism. Super Gutters management is totally focused on ensuring a positive customer outcome. We highly recommend Super Gutters to anyone needing gutter work pool screening repair and installation. It is gratifying to deal with such an exemplary organization.

Everything went well. They were very professional. There was a problem with the pitch of one of the gutters in which the water did not drain and which I discovered it when I put up christmas lights. I called them and they came out right away and fixed the problem.

The guy that did the install was sub contracted and did not speak English. He had his young son with him. He became argumentative when I explained I needed the gutter not to empty on the middle of the second story patio. The guy installing the gutters was so aggressive and screaming and threatening I will pay for the gutters whether or not they get installed. I had a guy installing the tiles in the house at the same time and he came up to help. I think he thought I was being threatened. He ended up cutting the gutter to size and creating the s shaped gutter to resolve the problem. The installer just kept saying he didn't have that equipment and he wasn't willing to go get it. The company called me later and apologized and were very kind and professional but it was a terrible experience and I would not use them again knowing they subcontract the work.

They were very prompt and efficient, professional at quote and job work, very easy to coordinate with painter (they also offered to do the service for us), cleanup and especially the quality of their product. We have had no runoff on the pool or patio - these gutters are completely suitable for the torrential downpours we have in Florida. We had delayed this project for several years - worried about the expense - and when we finally had it proposed, we were very happy with the expense.

I was very unhappy with them. They were over priced and didn't really do what they said they were going to do.

Decided to use another company that offered a slightly better price and had good reviews on Angie's List.

They evaluated gutter needs established existing were inadequate capacity wise. Removed and replaced fascia boards re-routed / replaced gutters and in process removed problem assocaited with prior poor routing of gutters They were professional and ver prompt

Great company everything went perfect.

At first they worked not so good but they ended up getting the business done. I am pleased with them. They were recommended by my contractor who did the roof. Their customer service was very good. The guy came and gave me a quote and then the crew came on time. They did the installation as it was discussed. Everything was perfect. However, initially they were not good and have they not been recommended i would have gone for another company. The quote they gave me was less expensive but the job was significantly less expensive than the other companies I got a quote from.

Installation and the design went quite well. The gutters were a dark brown to match the house and within 2 years the paint faded badly. I called numerous times to complain and no calls were ever made back. I finally got smart and made a call looking for a new quote to get someone out to my house. They came out and documented the obvious issue. It took several more calls to get a response to what should be done. They claimed not their fault and they now use another manufacturer and that I should replace at new cost to me or paint myself. Im pretty sure that gutters should last more than 2 years.

Everything was great. They were really good. Overall, they have an A, and I am going to use them in the future.

We had used them on our own through a referral. Previously, he had done the rest of the house with the exception of a few spots and then we had them come back and finish and he showed up on time. His prices are a little expensive but you're paying to get the quality of the Super Gutter which is a larger gutter and also sealed properly which is what we wanted. His service is first rate. If you're looking for top quality, this is the company because he doesn't send out anybody else but himself. He is a one pony show which is important to us 'cause many times you'll pay for something and then all of a sudden, they'll send out a team of people that are making $10.00 an hour and all the money is going to the contractor. He's very quick as far as responsiveness. That was a good deal.

Then job went very well. Nice, quick workers.

The crew was very nice, punctual and very professional. The owner is a super nice guy as well, very professional.

Once the install was finally finished, we had to wait for our first rain to make sure everything was OK, which didn't take too long. But unfortunately when the rain came, we discovered there were leaks. My husband called Super Gutter over 15 times to try and get someone out to fix the leaks and no one came until NOVEMBER and he didn't even fix it. The man that came out just looked at the roof and the gutters and told us what we already knew - that the tar tape had bubbled up and needed to be replaced. He said they would have to wait until all the rains had passed (it drizzled that day) and they would come back out to fix it. We never heard from them again. My husband has been calling and no one picks up the phone or returns your call. We tried to send them an email, but their inbox is full. It's been over 5 months now and we still can't get anyone to fix our leaks. We are going to report them to the city and hope for the best. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

There are two business partners. One, gives the estimate, the other does the labor. I met with both. My husband was out of town. I sent an email with a question which the labor partner was expecting. Six days later, my husband and I called because he did not respond to my email. The day we called was the day before our scheduled install. At the end of the call, I said, "Okay, see you tomorrow." He said he wasn't coming and that someone should have called me. "Why didn't he?" my husband asked. This partner said he had warned me if there was rain there might be a delay. It was his responsibility to tell us if there was a delay and not ours to guess at his schedule. If we hadn't called, we would not have known that our appointment was not going to be kept. My husband said find another company. I ignored him when the partner on the phone said he would call me tomorrow to reschedule. But, he did not call. I contacted the other business partner about what took place. I still wanted to give them our business. In my message, I expressed my disappointment in the lack of customer service. I also emailed him the same information I had sent 6 days before to the labor partner for his thoughts. We never heard from either of them. We are as busy as the next person. Customers' concerns and time should be respected and unfortunately, ours was not. We hired another gutter company and had an excellent experience. Update: I met first with Jim Baltuskonis who gave the estimate. His business card says Super Gutter and Screen. He then had me meet with a man he referred to as his partner, Orlando, who would oversee the labor. A few months ago, I received a call from a woman at Super Gutter and Screen. I told her we had hired another company and told her why. She said she knew we didn't hire them. That was why she was calling . She said my experience is something that had been happening a lot because of some changes there, which is why she was calling. She apologized for my experience and thanked me for the feedback. I thought that was a professional move on this company's part. I hope reaching out and receiving feedback has helped.

They are fantastic. They do a great job. They don't mess around. They come out. I needed gutters around the entire back of my house and my pool area. They measure it and then they make one single solid gutter for the whole length. It took them only a couple of hours to put up gutters along the whole back of my house. It looks good, it works really well. The guys that did it were fantastic. They were very professional, really friendly, very nice. The prices are great. They are right on time. They are great company.

They did a nice job. They saw the problem because what happened was on the two gutters on either side of the area, the water was flowing out only on one side and they attached the pipe on the other and they made both pipes larger so the water flow would come off the gutter and go outside so we've had no problem with that. They fixed the problem in a few hours.
