DON?T USE THIS COMPANY!! I did a pool and deck renovation, and there were so many issues during and after the renovation. - They improperly laid the coping tile that is attached to my pool edge. The only adhesive used was a small line of 1-inch of thin set under the pavers. There was only sand under the rest of the pavers. After the installation was ?complete?, my pool cleaner stepped on the edge of the paver and it came loose, and he fell in the pool and hurt himself. Other paver tiles on the edge of the pool could easily be lifted up by hand. The owners were disrespectful and then just ignored me. - They chipped so many pavers and installed them anyway. - The cement pool edge was improperly installed and immediately cracked. - The pool light did not work. - The skimmer was installed improperly and caused a leak. - They dumped garbage & construction debris in my yard. - Their word & warranty are meaningless. Do yourself a favor, and hire another company!

We recently completed a pool renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process went exactly as expected, with the final cost matching the initial quote. The quality of their workmanship was impeccable, and the project was completed within the promised timeframe. We highly recommend their services to anyone considering a pool renovation.

Sun blue was very trustworthy and timely in our pool renovation. They repaired a pool leak, resurfaced, re-tiled, and installed a new deck in our home. All of this was done in a few weeks and was quality work. We would highly recommend them.

They were professional during all phases of the resurfacing and repair. The large condo pool had 50 years of neglect. They performed a complete inspection and were very honest about their findings. I have nothing but admiration for their work ethic and performance. They kept us informed during the entire process.

It's really not completed yet. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of communication. I wasn't kept up to date on who's coming when to do what until the last minute. And there was a language barrier with most of the workers.

Everyone was very nice, efficient, knowledgeable. If they said they would be there they showed up every time. It was finished on time. The finished product is great! They left no materials or mess around the pool. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Sun Blue resurfaced my pool over a year ago. They did not properly fill in the space between the tiles. This was brought to their attention during installation but repeatedly ignored. As a result of their sloppy work, my pool was much tougher to clean. As an update to my earlier review, they have since come out to address this issue and I have increased my rating to 4 stars. I wish this was taken care of sooner, but appreciate that they did eventually make multiple trips to take care of this issue.

They were very efficient, they always showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. They did a wonderful job and our pool is beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

Sun Blue Pool arrived when promised. The quality of the work is first class. I was impressed with the clean condition of the work area after the work was complete. This is the only company you need to call for your pool needs.

Poor communication and project not delivered on time.

Such a disappointment, I am sure most of the reviews here are paid reviews. Do not be filled by salespeople that will sell you service, once you paid the deposit, you are on the hook, anything additional that you may need will cost you twice more expensive after you paid the deposit. They are hiring contractors that are not part of Sun Blue and making money on marking up their service, most of the contractors do not speak any English and you have to supervise them to make sure everything did correctly since no one from Sun Blue pool would be onsite to supervise them. And after I posted this review, they offered me a small refund, which was offered as goodwill for delays in the project, BUT to get a refund they sent me a release form and asked me to remove all negative reviews from ALL platforms (google & Facebook) and agree to not post any other negative reviews in the future.

pool and patio deck both resurfaced- excellent results for both with great customer service. in addition, every staff member was friendly as well as skillful. would absolutely highly recommend Sun Blue Pools!

I was advised by my pool service company to have Sun Blue Pools to resurface my pool. It was the best decision I could have made. The communication is always on point, estimates were provided in a timely manner and the pool came out great !! I then had them to replace the pool pump and filter. Overall I would comfortably give them a 10 !! The price was very reasonable. Honestly they should have charged more after seeing the final outcome !! Definitely recommended !!

The resurfacing of our pool turned out beautiful! The people doing the work were very unintrusive and did an outstanding job. The backyard has become such a pleasure to hang out in! Very happy. The company was easy to work with and very helpful!

Iâ ve been in construction for 35 years and as a certified general contractor I have had my share of good & bad subcontractors, so when I have the pleasure of working with a good one, I like to share my experience with others, to do what they wish with it. Sun Blue Pools has a great team, the partners know whatâ s going on and communicate very well. Not everything was perfect, but in construction it never is, but the important part is that they fixed any errors or defects right away. This team takes a lot of pride in their company, and you can see it in their crews, their professional, hard working and clean up behind themselves. Highly recommend Sun Blue Pools for any pool, spa, patio renovation. Their design recommendations were clutch in achieving our desired results.
