+ 0 moreMonar was called to re chk out an ac that wasn't working. I had called a vendor who after evaluation stated that the control board of the air handler will need to be changed. Recommend changing air handler for 4218.00 Doubting his analysis, I called Monar. They found the connection at the circuit breaker was loose!!. Connection tightened. Ac now is working fine!!. Honest guys

As a local real estate agent it is vital to know a company you can trust, number one and that is reasonably priced to be able to refer to my customers. This company is both that and more. I use them personally for all my A/C and appliance needs and they are also top on my list to refer to customers, friends and family!! I HIGHLY recommend Monar A/C and Appliances. Give them a call and you'll probably be using them as long as I have!
Description of Work: This company is THE BEST!!! On this last date they helped me with my refrigerator that was not cooling. The tech said it was a Freon leak inside the body of the refrigerator. He said I can fill it but was not sure how long it would stay. It lasted a couple weeks in which case I had to have them come again to fill to get me by while I bought a new refrigerator. Because I have been using this company for over 20 years I knew what they were telling me was the truth. I appreciate their always prompt service and they bought me the time I needed, they have serviced my washer and A/C, dishwasher, range in the past and I am always happy with the results.

+ -1 moreI was told by several other companies that I needed my 2001 Rheem 12 SEER unit replaced & that there is a freon leak. 3 other companies came out & charged me for "Freon Fills". I had the technician come out today to give me an estimate for a complete replacement of my now frozen & non-working AC complete with water draining down into the first floor ceiling. He checked the system & when I turned the thermostat to the off position, the compressor & motor outside kept running. He said that did not make sense. After further investigation, he told me all I needed was a relay switch. The freon was full in the system and the cause of the AC freezing up was that the outside compressor & motor never shut off when the temperature inside reached the desired temperature, not what 3 other companies told me was a freon leak in the system. My AC may still be nearing the end of its' useful life, but it is a relief knowing that the fix is something small. Thank you Monar for being honest now. It will pay off in the future when I DO need a completely new system!! You have another satisfied customer
