Laura Sanders and her team is the BEST at what they do. Very well seasoned realtor. I could sit back and not have to worry about if the paper work is done correctly or if our house is going to be on the market forever. We just sold our Coral Springs home and are so grateful that we chose Laura as our agent. From our initial interview (we interviewed three realtors), she was professional, organized, and clearly understood the real estate market and what it would take to sell our house. The day we listed our house she came in and staged it, using some of our things, but also things which she purchased to make our bedrooms seem more up to date. WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! LAURA SANDERS WAS REFERRED TO US AS A LEADING REALTOR IN OUR AREA. We knew there was a small amount of work to do to the house to prepare for a sale after 10 years. We received many great suggestions and referrals from Laura. After 30 days of painting, etc., it took a whole 8 days to sell our home to a cash buyer ready to close. We had about 15 inches of rain within a 4 day period which contributed to the 8 days to sell and 3 weeks to close. We also sold our home for over 20K more then any home had sold in our size in over a mile in every direction. We sold as the highest priced 3/2 (even without updated kitchens or bathrooms). Laura is a great Real Estate Agent who understand the market exceptionally well. A few months ago my wife and I wanted to seller our property in order to acquire a larger home.
