We moved out of state due to work transfer and wanted to sell our house. We found Laura on Angie's list after a bad experience with another realtor. Laura guided us through the process and made things very easy. All of our dealings were over the phone and still we felt very comfortable with her. Within 2 weeks of putting the property on the market, we got an offer that was close to what the house appraised for at the time. We decided to take the house off the market and rent it for a number of years. She then jumped right in and found a number of potential tenants. She offered us great advice and was very honest in her opinions of the potential tenants. It took about a month to find the people that we both felt comfortable with and they have turned out to be the right people. They look after the property and take great care of it. Her advice was the key to our positive result. Don't look any further, use Laura Norat!

I found here through Angie's List and I contacted her to find me a property. She said she would and told me that there is nothing in the market yet that fits my criteria now but she would get back to me as soon as one become available. She sent me one listing several weeks later that was not what I wanted. Later I contacted another agent who sent me several good listings that fit my criteria perfectly and I bought one. She wasted several months of my time pretending that she is working for me. she simply does not care.I would not recommend her to anyone who is serious in buying or selling real estate.

Laura is an excellent realtor and very resourceful. She helped me out a great deal recently and I am very thankful to her for putting me in contct with some great people.
