Jose contacted me and came out to the house on a Saturday. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I hadn't gotten two other quotes and Jose was just a bit less than one of the other stores and 3% lower than the other. It wasn't the price that sold me, it was his attitude and demeanor. My wife is very picky and he worked well with her. The installers arrived when promised, did an excellent job and we are very happy. Don't bother looking elsewhere. You will get a fair price and excellent service!

Jose came out to show me samples and was so nice. I decided to go with this company because of the positive reviews. Jose sent me a price quote quickly and I was impressed with how he always responded promptly to my questions. The day of the install the carpet guys were also friendly but they removed my carpet and then couldn't finish the stairs due to a missing/broken staple gun. It was 12:30pm when they decided they couldn't complete the job and would have to return the next day. I was shocked they couldn't just get another tool and finish. It was a major inconvenience, they loosely taped scraps of material over the nail strips on our stairs and with a house full of children and pets , it was dangerous. Then as we walked on the FINISHED area in the hallway there were sharp nails sticking up from every single tack strip all over the carpet. The carpet was too thin for the long nails in the tack strip apparently. I called Jose and he said they will fix it the next day when they return. The next day the installers came and hammered down the tack strips and finished the stairs. My Mother and two of my children had nails stick in their feet, and we were inconvenienced by the delayed install and NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERRED. Jose gave an apology but should have at least discounted our install. It's been about two weeks and almost every day someone finds a nail poking through or a loose staple. We just hammer down the nails as they come through, and the kids all wear slippers when they go upstairs. Carpet looks nice but this experience was bad.

Everything turned out great. We really like the carpet. I would hire Classic Carpets again and would recommend to anyone looking to install/replace carpet.

Despite responsiveness of installer, little pins are still there, to be stepped on and lost in the pile. Had another workman nail some he found, but there are, occasionally, carpet nails, "hidden," in the pile which leave my - always - bare feet prone to an, "ouch," moment or two.

Jose and his installers were extremely patient with us and helped us navigate the in's and out's of all the different carpet brands and types. His installation team were great as well; made every effort to keep us in the loop to their timeline and any obstacles they came across during the installation. Overall one of the best home improvement experiences we've had. Communicated very well (via voice, text, and email).

Outstanding all around! Jose brought multiple carpets samples to our home that matched what we discussed on the phone. We picked the pattern and he sent us several more samples so we could choose the color. Installation involved showing the installers the room & "we got it from here!" Couldn't ask for anything more. It's awesome that the owner of the company is so involved with their customer. Everything was on time (actually early), installers were pleasant, and their work was perfect.

Very good experience. They got back to me promptly and matched competitors' prices. Not only did they do exactly what I said without me even being there (it was for a tenant), but they took it upon themselves to replace the padding under the carpet because they said it was old and smelly (which it was) without any extra charge. They did a great job. My tenant was very happy! Would definitely use them again!!

The installers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were both friendly, professional and extremely competent. They worked non-stop and only stopped long enough to have some lunch we provided. Everything went extremely well and we are very pleased with the new carpeting and Classic Carpets. I would highly recommend this company.

It couldn't have gone any better. I needed a bedroom recarpeted in a hurry to be able to use for family for the holidays. Had been too busy working to shop for carpet and now I was out of time. Jose was so helpful and pointed me in the direction of carpet that would be available to be delivered quickly. The day I went into his store I selected some carpet that I thought would work and he allowed me to take a sample board with me so I could be sure at home. He sent someone out to measure the room and that person showed up very soon after I arrived home with the sample board. I placed the order with that person and the carpet was delivered the next day and installed on a Saturday, two days before I had to have it at the latest. The installers were also great, were ahead of the time scheduled on Saturday and did a beautiful job. I will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you, Jose, and everyone at Classic Carpet.

It couldn't have gone better. I dealt directly with Jose at Classic Carpets. Not only did Jose come out and perform a free estimate, but he was EARLY....He said he would be here at 9.30a and he was here at 9.00am. I was shocked, because punctuality is so rare now-a-days. He gave me a GREAT price and sent his installers just when he said he would. Traffic held them up a bit on the morning of the install so he emailed me AND texted me to let me know what was going on...THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am fine with you being late when it's not your fault, but definitely tell me what's going on. Jose did just that. He said the installation was going to take most of the day, but they were done AHEAD of schedule. I mean if there was a "text book definition" of EXCELLENT customer service...This would have been it. I am VERY happy with the service and will definitely keep him in mind whenever I'm asked for a carpet installer.

Everything was handled smoothly and graciously from start to finish. Very professional and prompt. Great work. Very satisfied. Will definitely reach out to them if i need another carpet installation.

Had a little problem with the seams and when I called Jose he came right over and took pictures. He sent an installer the next day to correct the problem. Jose also gave a one year warranty on his installation. He goes out of his way to please his customer.

Jose was prompt in responding with any requests. After the work, he would take photos and email them along with the invoice to me. The job was completed with satisfaction. I would use Classic Carpets, Inc. for future work.

I think their price was reasonable, his professionalism was definitely noted, he was timely, and he followed up.

Jose was very professional from initial contact and easy to work with. He has top-notch customer service and follow up. I am estatic and pleased with the outcome and would use him again--as well as refer family/friends. His work put that final touch in making our house into a home.

Jose followed up to confirm that we were pleased with the results. After telling him how happy I was, he still told me that in the future, if I ever noticed anything wrong, to call him. He was professional, timely, and easy to deal with. I will use him again for sure.

Jose was very professional and responsive to my calls and questions. His installers were also very professional and did a perfect job, completing everything in one day and cleaned up the areas very well. I am very pleased with the laminate that Jose recommended and also the molding which makes the rooms "pop." After talking to another flooring company on Angies List, my decision to go with Jose and Classic Carpet was very easy - not because of price but because of him and the product (Parkay laminate flooring).

Called Mr.Jose Moreno for carpeting, he CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY, an appointment was set for a week later, his employees Julio came and installed the carpet. Mr. Moreno after calling back the next day showed at my residence with carpet samples and gave the price. EXCEPTIONAL COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM BY ALL THEY EVEN CLEANED UP BEFORE LEAVING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
