carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe made appointment for 8:30 in the morning and nobody showed, nor did we get a call. We called and had to leave a message, finally somebody called back hours later and then they said they need to reschedule for another day!!! I took off work to be here to meet them and also moved everything off of the carpet. The owner was rude and said I was badgering him, when I was just telling him that they should have called before 8:30 to say they wouldnt be here. Is that too much to ask?? Apparently it is, they have poor customer service and the owner is rude. Stay away if you want them to show up on time and stay away unless you want to deal with a rude owner.
Description of Work: Nothing, they couldnt make it to scheduled appointment.
