When I was finally ready for my backsplash installation, I looked at his website and admired the company's tile work. I'd purchased a new style of glass mosaic tiles from Home Depot (afraid they'd run out of stock) and spoke to Jay about installation. I received an immediate quote for the labor, as I also would be purchasing the grout color I wanted. As it was a small job using no more than 20 square feet of meshed mosaic, he was able to send one of his tile specialists the coming Saturday which was great! I loved watching Will work; he was so meticulous and clean. He set up a cutting area connected to an outlet on the side of my house, covered everything in the kitchen, and spent a lot of time with his plumb line measuring and making sure everything was lined up and fit just right. He was careful and meticulous and I am extremely happy with the beautiful results. While the tiles were drying, Will next went to Home Depot to get new matching electrical outlets as he'd discovered a problem with the grounding but then, because of my earlier kitchen contractor's work, couldn't get them to fit properly. Jay's electrician, Ossagie, came to fix the problem the very next day, Sunday, and with difficulty (as the box holes in the wall were really small) was able to get my outlets properly grounded and installed. Being light gray with silver plates, they perfectly match my "silver canvas" glass tile work. The backsplash was the final touch to my renovated kitchen and is now its most striking feature. Having an electrician in the house, I next asked Ossagie about fixing all the outlets on various walls that had been left open and askew from improper sheetrock work. He went ahead and corrected all the problems, installed the faceplates (which could now finally fit) and even spray painted areas that had been left unfinished by sloppy workers (we had been away at the time after suffering flood damage).
