I usually get my roof pressure cleaned every 2 years. After reading all the wonderful reviews on Yelp and Angi's I hired them to do my roof, driveway, walkway/front porch, patio, and pool enclosure. A couple of details were missed and the tech had to come back and I had to pay additional fees to get the job done satisfactorily on the return visit. I was OK with this. However, it's now 11 months later and I got a notice from my HOA that my roof needs to be cleaned again. I've never had a roof cleaning last such a short time! for this reason, I will be looking to hire a different company. I will say that Beverly was a pleasure to deal with at the office. The company is lucky to have such a friendly employee in charge of their first impressions.

Badly. They quoted a price of $375.00 for cleaning with chemical (chlorine) without viewing the job in person. Tech shows up and advises that he cannot pressure clean because of brittle tiles, but misted the roof with just chemical. They charged the same $375.00 telling my they had to use more chemical despite fact that chlorine is exceedingly inexpensive. I am left with is a dirty roof and partially killed lawn and foliage. Total ripoff.

Everything was exemplary. Arrived early, did excellent work and was very serious and polite. And, i was supporting a local business!

Everything from the moment I called Beverly through the arrival of Jason to do the work couldn't have been better. The work itself was better and quicker than we've had with other companies in the past. Love the results and a good price for the quality and care not to damage a single screen.

We had such a wonderful and easy experience with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning! We e-mailed to inquire about services and heard back within 1-2 hours. We scheduled the cleaning the following week and they sent a text reminder and showed up right when they said they would. We would definitely hire them and recommend them!

I called them after getting a notice to clean my roof. Very happy with the results, the roof looks great.

Overall they did a very good job. There was an issue with the sides of the house and some areas in the back that were missed, but the customer service at this company is excellent. The kind and professional office manager sent the technician back to finish the next day. I would not hesitate to use this company again for pressure cleaning my house!

Got the Angie's list discount. Communication was very clear. Appointment was scheduled two days after contacting them. Their guy showed up early and cleaned everything as expected.

Brittany was my point of contact. She was very knowledgeable about the process and quickly provided a price quote. The team came out and did a great job. We will definitely use them again and have already provided their number to our neighbors.

Roof looks good Just didn't know you had to ask for walls to be be blown off

Fair! Did not remove stains on sidewalk. Ran out of chemical. Office never got back to me regarding cost to seal brick pavers.

Had to do for City/HOA. Answered phone on first call and answered all questions. Knew how to estimate project cost over the phone. Offered to add on cleaning gutters & pool patio. Pool ended up cleaner than using previous pressure cleaning company. Clear communicators and will hire again.

Though I noted a few small areas requiring touch up due to some dips in the pavers in a couple areas (came back next day), they were delightful to work with, showed early on the day the promised and finished on time.

Paul was right on time and couldn’t have been nicer. Explained the scope of work and he took it from there. I’ve had patio power washed multiple times and by far, this is the best it’s looked.

The gentleman did above and beyond. I forgot and left my back poach with hurricane slider covers. He moved them and my grill. Great job on driveway getting oil stain off.
