Generally good. Nice crew. Generally careful, but not absolutely careful. Did have some minor damage. Someone was sent out to do repairs and did an excellent job. Only problem was that repairs were not finished and promise to return never happened. Follow-up to owner did not get a response.

My overall experience was good. Movers (MJ, Rob and Dwight) arrived on time. They did a great job wrapping the furniture and moving it all down the stairs without putting holes in the walls. It did rain throughout the day and movers kindly stopped so as to not get the furniture and boxes wet. My only complaint is that the job was quoted to take 6.5 hours and it took less then 4, and was charged the quoted amount.

It went well. The movers were very pleasant. Only a few minor scratches on furniture, that I feel were really unavoidable. The movers were actually very entertaining and a pleasure to have working with you. It did take longer than expected because the company had a truck that was out of service and they had to use a smaller truck, but having said that it was really being picky to try and find a problem. I would recommend them and would use them again. They charged exactly what they quoted. No hidden fees at the end. Good company and good people to work with.

They were the worst movers that I ever encountered. The movers they hired were not professionals. They were day laborers and just a regular family. One of my old neighbors told me they were banging the furniture all the way down the stairs and dropping furniture. They broke my TV stand. They helped with packing and they mixed things into different boxes. We couldn't find the dishes or silverware for 3 weeks. When we got to our new house they threw all the boxed items into the garage. We put a claim in and we haven't heard from them.

It was a pure disaster and horror trip. I am writing this review to warn people to never use this company for moving purposes. The person we had contact with was not only unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional but amazingly rude. The packing was done in such a bad way that porcelain figurines were just tossed amongst books and heavy objects - completely unprotected and broken when delivered. We spent hours trying to reach anybody who knew anything about our items in storage - for DAYS. They did not respond to emails nor faxes nor phone calls. When we got hold of someone they had no idea. Our delivery was days late and no explanation nor apology offered. We paid a high price for the lousiest movers ever.

The people involved directly with my move were, Albert, Jay and Brandon. These guys had the most positive and helpful attitudes that you could imagine. They were so flexible and helpful and made what is otherwise a horribly stressful expeience into a much more manageable event. They were professional and yet maintained a personal touch. They demonstrated great concern for our home and our possessions. They were always prompt, arriving at the destination right on time. I could not have asked for a better experience and I always believe that kind of servcie comes from the people. Thanks to Coral Springs Moving and Storage

The office staff was friendly and responsive. We discussed the details and set the contract over the phone and was told that it was all inclusive and binding. The contract was set at $465 and was to involve one truck and three movers for however long it took. The movers showed up on time with only two movers and the truck. Immediately the senior member of the team said we had more to move than the contract stated. He raised the price at that point and charged another hour ($90). Siting items that I later found were listed in the contract upon further inspection. I agreed since I needed to move that day. The move was going well until the movers tried to move a large armoir down the stairs and got it stuck in the stairwell. They scratched up the stairwell to the point that I will have to repaint most of it. This was done against all advice that I provided and the experience moving in. They eventually followed my advice and passed the piece over the stairwell. At that point, I had to help out due to the lack of the third mover. If I hadn't helped out, at the minimum, the armoir would have been destroyed along with the flooring, and at the maximum, the mover would have been severely injured. Seeing what just happened, I decided not to have them move my delicate pieces and art. I moved all of these myself over the following weeks. Also, the plasma television is not working like it did before after the move, indicating some type of abuse during the move. The move wound up taking longer than the contract stated and I will have to say that it was because of the lack of third man. I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to this experience. They came highly recommended from two sources, which was disappointing.
