👍🏼 Chris was the only one to respond on a weekend and willing to come the day after a holiday. He was quick and quiet. Gave me a great rate. Lower than I've ever paid for carpet cleaning.

Absolutely No response despite repeat e-mail requesting a call or e-mail. I always try to use local service providers and until Chris Bean Cleaning have been nothing but happy. Since I never, ever got a response from Chris Bean Cleaning Service, I can only comment on that - but why would you want someone who is that unprofessional working on your home. There are other really great professionals to be found on Angie's List!

All went well. He was on time and got to work quickly. He did an excellent job and removed some persistent spots. I'm very pleased with the results.

This was a $199 big deal purchase and it was fine. They came a few weeks after I bought the deal. They could have done a better job power washing. I decided to go with the company because of the deal. You get what you pay for.

Did a fairly good job on part of the patio and had put his equipment away before we could come out and look at it. After we looked, it was obvious there was a large area of pitch black mildew he didn't touch. He had to get his equipment back out and complete it. Very anal about precise square footage. He seemed like he wanted to do the least amount possible.

The only criticism I have is responsiveness to setting up the appt. Once he was here the work was done well and I will probably use him again.

It went very well. He arrived on time; measured the area to be cleaned; and proceded to do the job without delay. This was a $99 special job for a specified number of square feet. He ended up doing a little bit extra for no charge.

I purchased this deal and the service provider never called back.

The quality of the work was excellent. Job was well done. My only issues with this service provider had to do with scheduling and the manner in which they approached the job. While I did receive an e-mail requesting possible dates and times for them to come out, they took a while to respond, and when they finally did respond, they said they'd come the following Saturday, but then canceled that very day, saying they were doing another job up north. They did not offer me any firm date or time to reschedule, and I had to pursue them in order to pin them down to a new date. They came out the following week, measured the area that needed pressure cleaning, and quoted me a price of $150, in addition to the $87 I had already prepaid in their Angie's List offer for 750 sq ft. Granted, the areas that needed cleaning exceeded 750 sq ft, but I have never paid more than $150 when using past providers for this kind of service. So, the price was a bit higher than what I was used to paying. Regardless, they did the job, and they did it well, but I just got the sense that the job was an inconvenience to them.

I t went very well, Chris called the next day after purchase and we agreed on a time & date. I did not need my driveway pressure cleaned so I negotiated with Chris to do the back side walk instead, he agreed and the work was done. True professional. Would definitely recommend.

Chris Bean called me a day before I wanted the service done and told me that he would only do the work that day and not when I wanted it done. He was very rude on the phone and now I can't get a hold of him at all.

Crew showed up 1 1/2 hours late without calling. I called them to make sure they were coming . When they arrived,I showed them the areas to pressure clean. Original price was $89 to pressure clean driveway,sidewalks,walkway and patio. There was nothing in the contract of square footage covered. Before any work started,they measured the areas to be pressure cleaned. They came to the door and told me I owed them another $100 since the job only covered 750 square feet. Again nothing was mentioned of this anywhere in the contract. The work done was good but they forgot to do the last section of the sidewalk. They had to go back and do the section and had to get their equipment back out of the truck since they had already packed up prior to finishing.

As with most floor work, a good deal of effort involved moving furniture. I noticed that Chris and his crew were very careful to avoid damage. The floors were thoroughly cleaned and then the grout was sealed/painted. The crew seemed to know what they were doing so the work went quickly enough even though they were careful. The cleanup and putting back the furniture was also carefully done. We had received several much higher estimates for polishing our Travertine marble table but Chris did a great job for much less. Overall, his prices were very competitive. He also sealed the tile in two bathrooms at no charge.

Job took longer than expected because of heavy layer of old sealer. It required a second application of stripper. Work went well and minor problems were followed up promptly and cheerfully.

Very punctual, polite, got right to work and helped move things out of the way.
