Castle Tree Art

After getting several estimates for the job, Castle Tree Art responded the quickest with an estimate and it was right on. They began the job promptly and left the yard looking pristine. Matt and his crew did an excellent job and were very polite. I will be using them again for more work and regular maintenance on clipping my hedges.

Called Matt late Thursday Dec 28. He arrived the next morning as promised for estimate. Due the day after New Years Day for a big job, but it was raining. No matter, Matt & his crew arrived around 9 am. Their work was perfect! It’s 2:30 & they’re still cleaning up! Cheerful, helpful, efficient & did I mention perfect work?! Did a little extra; no matter: the estimate was the price

Simply put, they did outstanding work! Matt and his team, went truly above and beyond. Thanks would be such the starting point for all of their efforts, the finished product was / is exactly what I was looking for. Matt and his team are true experts at their craft. Matt came out August 2 and gave me an estimate. I told him next day I would like him to do the job. Said he would do the job the next week. After a number of texts and messages he never came to do the job. Hurricane Irma was on its way. Every day the week before I left message to come and trim trees. Thursday before Irma arrived texted that he heard my voice mails and he was real crazy because of the storm. Never did the work and left us in massive jeopardy with many coconuts on our trees after accepting contract over a month before.

The crew was very efficient, avoided damage to my roof which could have occurred at several tree locations, and the clean up was very good. They also cleaned up some palms that were not covered under the contract.

Exceptionally well. Had a bit of trouble connecting with Matt but after he was able to come buy and give an estimate everything went smoothly. Although the trees were both quite large, there was no damage to the property and everything was cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Ok..... except for Dave, who was very rude!! I only dealt with Matt last year and this year. Matt is great! But......... Dave, the owner, was very rude, dismissive, and condescending in the way he spoke to me. It's one thing to tell someone something or make a point, but there is a way you speak to a customer. He should take some pointers from Matt, who is very nice and polite. I would use them again ONLY if Dave is not "on the job" - only Matt.

The tree was removed without any problems. The team did an excellent job. After the stump grinding was done, you couldn't even tell that a tree had been there! Very efficient and professional!

I believe Matt gave me a good price for doing the amount of work I needed. He kept me posted on the time he would be coming out. Matt and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. Matt also pointed out a few additional things he believed needed to be cut back to balance out the trimmings and did them for no charge. They did a great job all around and I was very happy with the work. The Royal Poinciana came out looking great after the cut back. His crew cleaned up all the debris before leaving.and were very professional.I would recommend them for any tree service you might need.

Set appt had to wait two weeks which I was ok with understand there busy. I used them in the past they did good work. Matt said he would go on Friday and would call me to give me a quote... Never got a phone call back. Tried to call him again but mailbox was full, sent him a text with no answer... Not reliable

This is the third year I've hired Castle Tree Art and they always do an outstanding job! They called to confirm the appointment, called when they knew they were going to be slightly delayed, and charged a fair price. Matt and his team work like a well oiled machine and consult you along the way if they aren't sure how to address an issue. They know how and where to prune your trees so it lifts them and thins them but they aren't "hatracked". They are professional, hard working and clean up every last branch and leaf so your yard looks spectacular. They are the best tree trimming service we have used in 25 years in South Florida, and I highly recommend.

It went fantastic and Matt and his crew are the best. Matt and crew did a thorough, professional job. Matt trimmed a huge tree with ladders and made it look beautiful. Matt cleared the entire perimeter and then the crew stump ground everything flat. Not only that, the crew cleaned up everything. Not even a leaf was left when they were finished. It was a very professional well done job and we were extremely happy with the work. We will be using Matt and Castle Tree Art again and again. Beautiful job. Prompt, professional and excellent work.
