I was very fortunate to have had used Brian's consultation. From his expertise advice I terminated the sale agreement. Brian discovered many red flags that we're going unfairly against me. He provided me a list of clear and concise points that I was able to present to the prospected seller's representatives. Regarding Brian facilitating a rental agreement between myself and the tenant. Due to his attention to detail and due diligence I have had no issues with the tenant. I feel I'm very fortunate.
Description of Work: Brian Brooker consulted me on a pending home sale. Reviewing and providing feedback on all documents related to the sale including the purchase & sale agreement. About a year ago Brian also facilitated a rental agreement for me. Doing all the due diligence, including background and financial checks. He created an agreement; making sure I was protected as much as possible being the owner.
