They were on time, and were very polite, only thing is that they said they were gonna take a picture before and after the job was done, and I did not received it. But everything else was great

Craig's a great guy, considerate about your project and what you want to get done! Efficient and timely. He got me scheduled in very quickly and the job completed quickly. Frankly, I trusted Craig, that's why he got the job!

Craig was great to work with upfront. Quick on the estimate which was the most competitive. The job took about a week, a couple hiccups including a foot through the ceiling but he took responsibility and repaired. The job was duct replacement and insulation removal and installation. The problem now is that less than a year later, it appears one of the ducts was not sealed properly and we have water damage from condensation build-up showing on our living room ceiling. I have tried to contact multiple times and left voicemails to have someone come out but no reply. Also, we discovered recently that one of our attic entries was covered with blown insulation instead of a piece of batt that was there originally, so we cannot get in through that entry right now. And also discovered that roughly 1/3 of the house was not removed and re-insulated.

Craig made the appointment and kept it right on time. I ll work was accomplished in one day. The two boys he sent me were hard-working, respect full and thorough. Craig was there to check and make sure all was done correctly that I was happy before he left.

Met with owner Craig who was very straight forward on what needed to be done and the cost. There was no waffeling and I trusted he would do what he promised. He and 3 other men arrived the next day - took care of my problem in a timely fashion and cleaned up every bit of mess. I was very impressed and you will be too.

I received two phone calls New year's day from two different companies. one of them said they would get back to me later that day with an estimate. the other one called left a voicemail and sent me a text message. so I called Craig from American insulation back. gave him the measurements of my roof over the phone he gave me a price over the phone of what it would cost to do it. I knew the pitch of my roof how many square feet my attic was etc. without going into specifics on cost and price he was $200 less than the estimate I got from treasure coast. love it insulation didn't call me back until the following day. so I scheduled appointment for January 2nd. two guys showed up I still had stuff in my attic while they were setting up their equipment we emptied the Attic. took them all of an hour to spray one end to the other. they put anywhere from 10 to 12 in of insulation all the way across my attic. they cleaned up their mess thoroughly and left nothing behind inside or outside of my home. I have referred American insulation 2 my parents. as they need to have some AC duct work done as well as insulation sprayed in. thanks to Craig for the prompt and courteous service

They installed new ducting, insulation, ac unit and handler, plus built a new return plenum and new box! Very professional,knowledgeable and trustworthy!! I would highly recommend Craig and his company to anyone. His crew are very respectful and they get the job done, and done well.
