+ -1 moreHe haphazardly followed up with the city for permits and while he is a licensed GC, it did not appear that he knew what he was doing. On top of that, he never did any of the work himself. What is more, his subs complained to me about not being paid. BAD NEWS.... STAY AWAY!!!
Description of Work: Wagner was hired to put up a partition wall with no electricity or plumbing in our business and what should taken a few weeks with permits, took almost four months.
