Advanced Environmental Duct Cleaning

I can't say enough good things about Sunstate Air Conditioning Inc. and Advanced Environmental Duct Cleaning and their incredible team. I have needed their services three times in two houses, twice for deep duct cleaning. The first time was when I put my previous home on sale and wanted 100% approval for the inspection. I was told about this company by a friend and decided to give them a try after the constant problems I have been having with my ac. Spoke to Karen and Tom who were very fast and responsive to my problem. They sent a technician out by the name of Jimmy. He asked me a few questions regarding my air conditioning and knew exactly what to do. He explained to me what problem was and what needed to be done to correct it properly. He was very professional, clean and experienced. I will continue to use this company.

I scheduled Sunstate to come out to and perform a service check on my unit because it had been freezing up. The day before I had to cancel at the last minute due to a work related issue. Tom and Karen were more than understanding and had no problem rescheduling my appointment for a date that worked. During his service check Tom discovered the evaporator was blocked and due for replacement. He showed me it was not taking refrigerant correctly and explained in detail that it would only become a bigger issue with time. So we scheduled a date and got the evap replaced and I had him perform a duct clean as well. Tom and his crew are knowledgeable, informative and they perform clean work. They answered all of my questions and Tom even gave me some tips on how to save a few dollars by performing some of the easy maintenance myself. If you're having issues with your AC give Tom a call. He is more than reasonable and has been in business a long time.

The two men sent were clean and professional. They were on time and made sure that they put down paper to catch anything that dripped while treating the ducts after cleaning. When I get my upstairs system done, I will be calling them back.

We had just bougth this house, and because I have allergies, one of the first things I wanted done, is to make sure the air that I breath is of the best possible quality. One of the requirement is that the A/C ducts are clean. This is the reason we decided on the duct cleaning. This company got a special recommendation on Angie's List, so we went for them. When I called to set up the appointment, the lady who helped me was very friendly and accommodating to my very small window of opportunity. On the day of the appoitment two service personell arrived exactly on time. They were very courtious, and professional. At arrival they started by surveying the house to make sure the work order matched their findings. They discussed with me what and how they would be performing their work, and after my go ahead, they started bringing in their equipment and tools. While one removed the vent covers the other prepared the vacuum. Unannounced a supervisor showed up to make sure that all was going well. After he did a walk through he left. The vacuum had a very acceptable noise level, and I couldn't notice any dust flying around in the house. All vent covers were taken out side and washed, before they were replaced. I supplied two new air filters which they used to replace the old ones. On a specific question I had about the best type of filter I should consider for my allergies, they gave several options. They even went up in the attic to make sure that all ducts were connected properly, and that there were no leaks. For the dryer exhaust they used a seperate tool (spinning brush). After they finished they explained to me what they had done. I was happy, and paid them and they left.
