Description of Work: Requested that he attempt to retrieve lost data as a result of power outage. Said I needed to buy a new iMac and printer which I subsequently did. Once I had these and called to reschedule I was told by owner's mom/secretary he could not help. Despite repeated requests by phone and email owner failed to call me back and was not able to give me any explanation. His mother also hung us the phone on me upon last contact. He also was very undependable making initial appointment. Would not use again.

+ -1 moreCalled company contact phone and reached very nice lady who arranged appointment for same day. Rob called one hour after scheduled appointment time to advise he was running late. On arrival looked at PC and stated power supply probably needed replacement but did no testing. Suggested I might be better off trashing PC and buying a MAC computer instead. I bought power supply same day and he was supposed to return next day for work. Lady from company called next day saying he would not be able to do the work that day because had an emergency with another client. Rescheduled for next day. Next day Rob called in late afternoon saying he was sorry he could not make it. I canceled work request.
Description of Work: Repair PC which was not powering up, presumably power supply failure.

+ -1 moreThey came out once or twice and were not able to repair the problem. He insisted that I purchase a MAC because they are user friendly. I didn't purchase one because it seemed like he was trying to sell it. I called again to ask a question and the secretary asked if I had purchased a MAC as they suggested. I told her I didn't and she told me they couldn't help me.
Description of Work: They came to my home to repair my computer.
