They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. By the way the services I requested and received from them was to change an Analogue DVR to an HD DVR. Elliot, the CEO also run a new cable from wall to wall in the room connecting from cable box to new DVR . A very clean professional job. I just hope my new DVR last me for some years.

If you want something done, don't forget to remind the technician. More than once until it's done. Or it won't get done.

When asked they were able to complete the job earlier than initially scheduled; which helped my tight schedule tremendously.
