Bonnie Lynch is phenomenal. She is hard working and trustworthy. I'm in Tennessee and have a condo in Broward country for rent. I am very comfortable knowing Bonnie is handling everything and making this so easy for me being 800 miles away. I totally trust her and would recommend her to anyone.

Description of Work: Signed with Bonnie Lynch of Coldwell Banker and she brought in a professional photographer that made the online listing POP...plus she asked for my feedback on the description so that all of the good points were highlighted. It all paid off as the first showing we had resulted in an offer and negotiations and SALE! She was there for us all the way and guided us through the process. Highly recommend!

Amy started of as responsive-ish which was okay until we closed on our house. Once that happened, Amy got sick and lagged on returning emails and phone calls (average time to return a contact was 14 hours. She drove like she had a death wish which isn't acceptable if you have clients following you around from house to house. After her illness, I asked to see more houses. Since it took her entire days at a time to respond, most of the listings were gone. In a tight market, you need to be available the moment a home hits the MLS, 14 hours to respond means you lose your chances. She'd say things to me like and quot;you'll never get that one; it has multiple offers, or that it was already under contract - there were no houses in Cooper City. Meeting her at the first house, she started the conversation by stating she should be in bed per her doctor and she sick because she can't say no to people...me? At the end of seeing 5 houses that day, I was ready to make offers on two. I said what do I need to sign, let's get this done. She said, and quot;right now I need to go home and go to bed.and quot; but she did leave with a few tasks that she promised me: she would call the listing agents and find out what the deal was and send over the contract to sign first thing in the morning. We got the contact...at 11:51AM. NOT even close to first thing in the morning. Additionally, the offer was not written correctly for a Homepath Renovation loan offer. When I let her know how it needed to be written, she asked me to confirm with the lender to be sure. Fact - she did not know how to structure an offer for this type of loan and she should have been forthcoming about that. Then she called me, said it had multiple offers and I couldn't get the house with my offer and proceeded to lecture me about type of market we are in and that I could read any news article to confirm what she was saying. I didn't doubt her, but she's working for me, she could have just helped me restructure the offer instead of giving the and quot;I know how this works, you don'tand quot; lecture. That night, I called her and left a message stating I was ready to rewrite the offer at the higher amount. Crickets. No response for 14 hours. So I sent her an email suggesting that maybe she had too much on her plate to give us the attention we needed to find us a house. Still no response even though I said I would go through her as a courtesy for any house she showed us. Burned bridges and wrote us off. Bottom line, I didn't trust that she was willing to go to bat for us and I didn't trust that she was looking out for our best interests. And the lack of professionalism with her driving and whining was unacceptable. I gave USAA my feedback and they located a different agent for us who found houses that met our criteria (including MULTIPLE houses in the Cooper City), helped us write a good offer by discussing the details of the offer, property, comps and tax records, not just because she said so and knows more than we do. We found a house in less than 12 hours.
Description of Work: USAA's Mover's Advantage program connected me with Amy Blackman. She was our agent tasked with finding us a home in Fort Lauderdale. We had a tall order with a maximum price of $300-$350, depending and we wanted good schools (Cooper City, Weston, Boca, etc.). She showed us about 5 houses the first time, and 5 houses the second time. The second time was when I knew that I wouldn't be dealing with her any longer.
