After having had a good experience with Ron previously, I called him again to inspect a house I wished to purchase. We scheduled the inspection for the next day. He and his team (son Brian and assistant Steph) arrived early and began working immediately. They were incredibly thorough. All of them were knowledgeable, polite and professional. They answered all the questions we had and anticipated others. We received their report via email later that same day. Very thorough, with detailed comments and many photos. My husband and I have purchased 6 homes in 20+ years, and Ron Walker is the best property inspector we have ever hired.

Mr. Walker was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He and his son, Brian, carefully inspected the house, including crawling around in the attic and going up on the roof and taking photos. The best inspection company. I have used this company for several home inspections, including my most recent on March 5, 2015. Always puntual, professional, and thorogh. Ron and his crew inspect every area of the home and are very knowledgeable. They provide a complete report with photos and cost analysis for repairs. They are THE experts in the business and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection.

I first contacted Mr. Walker via email. He responded promptly and then called me personally to answer all of my questions and concerns. Scheduling a time for the inspection, making payment arrangements and communicating with Mr. Walker was very simple throughout the entire process; via telephone, website and email, he always responded promptly and courteously. Although I was not present at the inspection, my realtor was, and she informed us that it went well. Ron and his team showed up a few minutes prior to our appointment and took the time needed to thoroughly check each element of the house. The report we received the very next morning was incredibly thorough, with a large number of pictures as well as cost estimates for the items that needed to be addressed. He followed up with me the very next day to see if I had any questions. We feel they did a very thorough job and are incredibly pleased with their services. We would highly recommend them and plan to hire them again as we continue in our search for a house.

Days before inspection, Ron answers emails the same day and will call you back right away if he misses your call. Day of inspection, Ron and Steph are true professionals, showed up on time with a smile on both of their faces. They inspected our newly built home and encouraged me to walk with them to answer all questions and concerns. Days after inspection I called Ron with a couple of questions on the wind mitigation and Ron picked up and answered all my questions happily.

They welcomed us to follow them as they did the inspection and took the time to answer any questions we had during the process, pointing out anything that they came across or that we in particular wanted to know. They educated us on various signs of items of concern and made recommendations for repairs and other items that needed attention. The report we received the very next morning was amazingly thorough with an overwhelming amount of pictures as well as cost estimates for the items that needed to be addressed. We received the inspection report very next morning, around 7:30am and they had a very thorough inspection report. It had pictures of everything they inspected and if maintenance or repairs was in need, they provided an estmated cost. Best report I could've ever asked for. Unfortunately, we did not get the house because with all the repair it needed, the Sellers a Federal Agency would not budge a penny on the cost of house. So we are back to the drawing board on looking for another home and will definitely use Ron Walker Property Inspections again!

The inspection was performed by Ron's son, Bryan, and another two associates. Bryan is very professional and a pleasure to work with. The inspection was thorough and revealed items that most inspectors would not have noticed. Anytime I had to communicate with Ron, he was available (even when he was performing an inspection) and ready to answer my questions. He was courteous and helpful in every respect. Ron came on time with two other workers to inspect the home. They did not rushed to inspect it. Their professionalism was evident from beginning to end. The report was as thorough as the inspection. He found the house needed more repairs than it looked. He was available to anwser all my questions honestly and patiently. In the end I did not buy the house. It would have been a big mistake and if it wasn't for Ron and iits crew I would have regret it.

Excellent! I arrived early and they were already on site. The termite inspection had already taken place and the inspection team had already started their preliminary walk through. They were so thorough and really took the time to include us in their findings and explain what they discovered. We were extremely impressed. Bryan and Steph were extremely detailed in the inspection and they are very knowledgeable on every question I asked. Originally I thought they would finish in just one hour with a 1169-sq ft condo unit (like the inspector I hired for my very first purchase), but the inspection was completed in two hours at the end. I was not there, but I had two family members arrive to meet Ron and his team. The inspection was ultra thorough and the report was extremely detailed with pictures, of each room, underneath sinks, and areas of concern. He noted if any defect was related to any safety or code standard. He went up on the roof of this 18 unit building to identify and inspect the A/C compressor for the condo. What was really helpful is that he gave an estimated price it would cost for each repair with a suggestion of what type of tradesmen should fix it. That was very helpful to me because I was able to negotiate with the seller to reimburse a portion of the cost to fix the areas of concern. It also turned out that my brother who was there to oversee the inspection had worked with Ron for many years when he was at the Miami Dade Police Department. Ron has a great CV of work experience that has brought him to a place to be called an expert in his field of home inspection and a very trusted person and contractor. You will feel very comfortable working with him.

Ron and his crew conducted a Wind Mitigation Inspection of my home. They were punctual. They took photos of all openings, i.e., windows and doors, and also photos of the necessary documentation. The next day, I received a comprehensive report, and in addition, a file with all the photos. My questions were answered quickly, and my requests were complied with immediately. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

These guys saved us from a bad purchase. As well, they immediately were hired when we found a much better place in Victoria Park. They were incredibly knowledgeable and personable and responsive to our needs. Their online reports helped us with our prioritized list of issues we had to negotiate with the seller. It's nice to have good honest people to work with when buying a home in an unfamiliar area.

Everything went great. They arrived early and got to work immediately inspecting the exterior as we waited for access to the property. Very thorough in a reasonable amount of time considering each and every area they covered. Received the report that same day and it was very comprehensive and clear. Highly recommended.

I expected better service from this company after reading reviews, see comments enumerated below. 1) They showed up approx. 1 hour before appointment time, so realtor and buyer had to drop current issues, hurry up lunch time, and make it to location, that was the first red flag (no real interest in having prospective buyer be present during inspection) 2) Three actual inspectors were present, at no point a specific issue was explained really, unless I asked for it. In my case, I had a real interest in knowing the problems, and how they were finding them, NO, that is not the procedure apparently, my conclusion is that the idea is for them to write a report, and point with a finger to the problem thus having the prospective homeowner come up with a best guess, in some cases, I have no idea how to access the area needing repair because frankly they perform all of these without ever showing it to me. I was present in the house, and the best I could do was to call the attention of one of the inspectors when he would pass me by, there was no way for me to chase them all around the house, and know what was happening. Overall, I am very disappointed, I thought for $495.00, they could have spent the time, and show me the issues, at least summarize them for me while in the house. 3) If something were disconnected, they would not bother looking at it or tell me, wait for the report! They do come up with a big list of repairs, and I guess prospective homeowners get a good document for future negotiations, and in my opinion that has spoiled somewhat this industry. 4) Termite company that was subcontracted didn't ever bother to tell me their results in person, actually, I didn't notice when they took off, and I find that unprofessional. 5) One of the three inspectors did the talking, the others could not be more impersonal, and it was like one didn't exist for them.

Ron and his Team where punctual and extremely professional they basically " tore" house apart, just about nothing was left untouched. The builder had a few restriction but after closing Ron will be back to check those. The crew took its time marked any and all issues and explained in detail our suggested next step. Every single item was photographed and documented. We had our inspection report that same day and a few days later the wind medication report as well via e-mail. What outstanding service and what a great crew,we would and will recommend Ron's home inspection to evry single person in need for this service. We have owned a lot of homes all over US,we have never seen such detail and professionalism with any other inspection company. You truly get what you pay for and it will be worth ever single penny,so when you are making one of if not the biggest purchase of your life I suggest you call the BEST!! Ron and his team are VERY thorough and professional. I highly recommend their services, which are invaluable when it comes to purchasing a home and knowing what you are getting into.

This is the second time I've used Ron this year. Not only are they very thorough, but they are knowledgeable and patient. They did a full home inspection on a home we were under contract on. After the inspection, the home required some work for insurance and they were able to supply a wind mit and a 4-point inspection report to us before the repairs were done, and then they very kindly updated the reports after the work was done to be re-submitted for coverage. The time between this inspection and the previous one was a few months, and the time between the wind mit and 4-point reports and the updated ones was also a couple of months, but yet they still remembered who we were, and were very helpful in getting everything situated during a somewhat stressful time. Hopefully we'll be in this house for a while and may not need to use them again, but I will definitely recommend them to others!
